小電驢騎5分鐘左右就有沙灘（有很多小螃蟹可以趕海）距離高鐵站衹有5-10分鐘的距離很方便，民宿就可以借電瓶車也很方便（價格也別其他地方便宜👍） 雖然在村裡但是距離市區哪裡我個人覺得都很方便，住了三天最最最讓我感覺舒服的就是老闆一家人真的都很好，叔叔阿姨真的熱情❤️事事有迴應真的貼心，平潭讓我玩的愉快住的也愉快😀有機會一定再去✌️✌️✌️【來自凌晨一點半的真實評價哈哈哈】

JJoseWe have been in 2 other countries in asia before, but this was by far our best hotel! We stayed with family and where immediately greeted with a warm cup of tea.
We had a lot of questions to begin with and needed a driver for the rest of our trip, and the cordial service manager was so helpful and she even organized an all inclusive driver for us.
Also Linda & Ashley from the hotel team helped us to the maximum extend and even stayed in contact with us via wechat, even though we already left Fuzhou, just to make sure that our trip is going smoothly and we can enjoy a great time in beautiful China. It is just excellent and outstanding service!
The hotel itself is located directly on the west side of the UNESCO world heritage site of Sanfang Qixiang and when you turn right after exiting the main lobby you enter the site. The hotel is built in the same style and flair of Sanfang Qixiang ”The Beverly Hills of China” and has a lot of ambiance and elegance to it.
Thanks to the 24/7 reception I was even able to get two ice packs for my swollen foot late at night
There is also a coffee machine in the lobby that serves great coffee and tea and infused water and the breakfast is one floor down and has tasty vegetarian buffet. Also in the room you are greated with a tea set and a plate of fresh fruits local to the region. We were even able to send post cards from the hotel reception. Just a stellar experience!
If you decide to see the beautiful cultural heritage site, then I can whole-heartedly recommend the San Po Hotel / Sanbaobindi Hotel in Fuzhou!! You will not regret it.

BBee LuenLocation - Approximately 5 mins walk to 东街口地铁站店 and 東方百貨店 (which has 2 towers A and B and quite a number of F&B outlets. Particularly like the western set deal at Basement which was delicious and value for money). Hotel is also near to 三坊七巷 (about 10 mins walk) and F&B (we tried 老福州 for local food which was delicious and economical and dessert shop 赵记传承).The only down side (small point unless it was raining) is the private hire booked thru didi always stopped along the road rather than in front of the hotel which is a car park.
Breakfast - can be a bit boring after staying for more than 2 days. Food is basically the same but the hotel will change about 2 of the dishes. Mostly carbs like porridge, noodles, man tou, bread. There was salad, yogurt (watery type), fruits, veg, hard boiled eggs ... but the variety was limited. Can't complain as the cost of accommodation including breakfast was already at a very attractive price
Facilities - All the rooms and laundry are on 3rd floor. Our room was almost at the end and hence it was a long walk for us. Appreciate that the hotel provides washing machine and dryer for guests use without charge. No need to put in washing detergent as it was pre-set.
Cleanliness - It was good especially this is a new hotel opened in 2024. However, my friend noticed urine on the toilet seat on the first day after check in. We feedback to the hotel and it was cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. Not very frequent in replenishing toilet paper and toiletries but we can always call and ask for top up. We booked 3 pax to one room but we were given 2 sets of slippers and towels and had to remind the hotel almost everyday.
Service - Staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. excellent service
Overall, I will still strongly recommend this hotel.

DDWITYAI really enjoyed stay here, they are friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Xiaoying 小莹❤️❤️, I will stay here again next time when I transit in Fuzhou, close to the seaside, shopping and traditional markets. There was also a male receptionist who helped me book a taxi via WeChat when I wanted to go to the beach. But I forgot to ask his name. Thank you too.

AAnh-BaoThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

GGuest UserI went to Fuzhou for vacation and chose Yangcui Building. I called the front desk one day in advance to inform the needs. The room I arranged was not bad. The bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom was Kohler. The yard was well greened and the environment was quiet. It was a good place for vacation. I stayed twice. The first time was during the Digital Summit before May Day. At that time, there was a problem of water accumulation in the bathroom. The hotel arranged a master to repair it as soon as possible. Although the final effect was not very obvious, the staff's attitude of actively solving the problem was worthy of recognition. So I will choose Junlan for vacation again after the holiday. The second time, the hotel arranged the room in advance according to my preferences. The manager also came to express his greetings and took the initiative to ask about my needs, which made me feel warm. I especially want to praise the hotel staff for their proactive service. Jingjing at the front desk was very polite and considerate. The waiter in the restaurant was quick and easy. The buffet breakfast was also delicious. The preserved egg and lean meat porridge tasted good.
Finally, I would like to give the hotel two suggestions that I hope the management can see: 1. Add a porter position. The girl at the front desk has her own job and took the initiative to help with the luggage up and down. My suitcase was very heavy and I had no complaints. As a five-star hotel, this position is necessary. 2. Set up butler service for guests of the private soup house. In today's fiercely competitive hotel and catering industry, attentive service and attention to details are kingly. If I hadn't added the front desk staff on WeChat at the time, a repeat customer like me might not have come a second time.

The hotel do provide free self service laundry with free detergent at the 2nd floor. The hotel room also provided free toiletries and free bedroom slippers. The airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport in time.
