This was my second stay at this hotel. While I appreciate the convenient location, I did notice that the property could benefit from some maintenance and upgrades. During my stay, the toilet sliding door was quite hard to open and close, the shower holder was leaking, and the hot water only lasted for a short while. When I checked with the maintenance team, I was informed that it was due to the small water tank and heater — perhaps this could be improved for guest comfort. The room carpet felt a bit sticky, and the TV remote control wasn’t working properly for adjusting the sound. Overall, I believe with some refurbishment and better upkeep, this hotel could provide a much better experience for returning guests.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM, feeling exhausted after a nearly 7-hour journey from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru. To make things worse, the shower room was clogged right after the first person used it. I also noticed that the toilet and the shower share the same pipe and the plumbing is very terrible design. We called housekeeping, but they were unable to fix the issue. That night, we had to use the toilet and shower in another double-bed room on the same floor, just two or three doors down from ours. They promised that maintenance would come the next day to fix it. Last but not least, although the toilet issue was eventually resolved, the TV in our room wasn’t working. Because of this, the kids couldn’t enjoy watching the cartoon channels, which was quite disappointing.

The room was clean, tidy and cozy for single person to stay for a night. The hotel was surrounded by convenience store, restaurant, hawker centre, and even fast food chain store from the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and informative. Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable and it’s definitely worth the price for the stay. I will stay here again if I ever come to visit Johor again.

I had a pleasant stay at Hako Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, it's a good value for the price. Would consider staying again.

Book for hotel nearby bestmart but they move to lavender inn due to renovation & still at nusa bestari area. Trip/hotel mgt didnt update in system the hotel is closed untill further notice. Anyway, hotel at lavender inn quite comfy, spacious, clean & staff also helpful. Budget hotel but happy to stay in.

Bring team to JB Side Visit, cosy Local hotel and warm service levels, spruce Local Coffee & Half Boiled egg & Toast complement to made travellers having a simple breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights, overall was ok. However towels were not clean and had stains on them. Bathtub were not super clean and hot water was not enough, basically filled up the tub with hot water but once it's full, it's room temperature. Location was okay as there's a family mart right beside and a very nice cafe.
