I was charged 20€ for breakfast when I checked out on 12 May, but it was really weird.
Because I had never been told that, when I went to the restaurant in the morning, the staff just asked me for my room number and didn't say the breakfast was paid for eat.
You are the only one hotel I have been to that the breakfast must be paid but the staff just asked me room number and didn't tell me the price!!!🤮
That was a really terrible experience, so I will give this hotel 1 star😨😨

I stayed at Austria Trend Hotel Doppio Wien, and while the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast good, my rented car was damaged overnight in the hotel's parking area. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I’d be cautious about the parking situation.

We left a jacket behind and were told that the jacket was found. We told the hotel that our friend would pick it up after May 25 (a few days later). When our friend called the hotel several times, the hotel didn’t seem to know anything about it and have a definitive answer

Hotel with good cleanliness and service. The location is slightly far from city centre, but transportation such as metro, bus or trams are accessible. Easy to get to Wien Hbf as well.
WiFi is quite unstable (depends on room)

Super location and easy to park there, only down point were how hot the rooms are but that all comes down to preferences

price and location is ok because we are having trade show in Vienna International Center, while breakfast is nightmare during peak hours there's many tables not cleaned and obviously not enough hotel staff to manage during breakfast time. All other things are ok and we should come back to this hotel next time if we have trade show again.
