Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof
"The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of museums, galleries, and major tourist spots, and the front desk and bell staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you for going the extra mile, especially with the lovely birthday cake. However, we did notice a water leakage sound in our room during the night."
SO/ Vienna
"I stay here once a year, and the service is always good, and the rooms are decent. This time, though, I got a gray-themed room, which I wasn't too fond of. Some of the facilities inside seem to be designed for older guests."
InterContinental Wien
"Great location, and while the facilities are a bit old, they're perfectly adequate."
The Hoxton Vienna
"Absolutely fantastic stay. Very classy hotel with a divine smell! Location was perfect. Felt very safe for a solo traveler. Room was compact but very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Pool wasn't open for my stay which was a shame. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there's plenty of local options available closer by."
Sans Souci, Vienna
"Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The hotel is very quiet, and there's a great selection of bedding. The pool is 20 meters long, though a bit narrow, and there are three saunas with different temperature options. The hotel also offers spa services. The toilet is a smart bidet toilet, too! The room even has outlets compatible with Chinese appliances, which is a thoughtful touch! I was initially worried about potential odors in a newly renovated hotel, but there were none at all once I checked in. The restaurant downstairs has many hidden gem wines, and the sommelier is very entertaining. The only minor drawback was that when I checked out, there was no doorman to help with my luggage. Usually, they assist with putting bags into the car trunk. Overall, I highly recommend it!"
Adina Apartment Hotel Vienna Belvedere
"The staff is nice but the rules of the house might not be very friendly. You need to go to reception for replenishment instead of being sent to your room; and the equipments in the room are not very easy to use. For instance, you cannot lower the temperature of the shower, the screen sharing function of the TV keeps going wrong, the cups prepared for tooth brushing are very dirty. But overall it is a very nice place to stay."
Hilton Vienna Waterfront
"Great, it was wonderful to experience the sights of Vienna. The nearby swimming pool and restaurant were also very pleasant."
Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna - 4 Stars superior
"The room was very spacious and comfortable. Even though the hotel is a bit old and our room faced the inner courtyard with only some overgrown grass visible, there's really nothing to complain about, and it even had a bathtub. The location is also excellent; they even provided a brochure with nearby running routes. The Belvedere Palace is just a few steps away. We originally planned to run there from the botanical garden, but it closes around 5 PM, so I'd recommend going in the morning. Overall, a very satisfying hotel stay."
DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schonbrunn
Centrally located within walking distance of Vienna’s top attractions, the hotel is just five minutes from the Vienna Museum of Science and Technology and ten minutes from Schönbrunn Palace. A short five-minute drive also takes you to Schönbrunn Zoo, the world’s oldest zoo.
Courtyard by Marriott Vienna Prater/Messe
"The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. However, some might find its slightly further distance from Vienna Central Station a bit inconvenient."
ARCOTEL Wimberger Vienna
"Perfect stay, very happy with my choice to spend 2 nights. Staff are very accommodating and the hotel in general is super friendly and comfortable. Will definitely book again"

PLAZA INN Amedia Wien
"Dear platform (trip. Com) /Hotel Management, I am writing to formally complain about my terrible accommodation experience at your Vienna hotel. I booked a four-night stay and checked in in the afternoon. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous unsatisfactory problems throughout my stay. On the very first night, I found the curtain in my room was broken and could not be fully closed. Besides, the in-room safe failed to function normally. I contacted the front desk right away to report these faults, yet I was told there was no vacant room available for relocation. I asked again the next day, but still no spare room could be arranged. On the third morning, I talked to the supervisor, who promised to reserve a room on the same floor for me. I finally got a new room at 10 p.m. that day when I returned to the hotel. However, the new room brought more troubles. The bathroom only had a shower without a bathtub. Worse still, the room smelled stale and stuffy. No staff offered help with my luggage and moving personal belongings, so I had to move everything on my own. The hotel adopts a hollow circular building design. Guests staying on upper floors could directly look into my room, which seriously violated my personal privacy. Unable to block the sight completely, I had to cover my eyes with a towel every night just to get some sleep. What makes me more upset is that my newly opened high-end facial cream was found half-empty after hotel staff came to inspect the room on the second day. For personal safety reasons, I chose not to mention this incident. I kept hanging the do-not-disturb sign outside the door and refused housekeeping service during the whole four nights. When I checked out today, the front desk staff claimed that since my reservation was made via a third-party platform, the hotel could not handle my complaint or offer any compensation, and advised me to claim compensation from the booking platform instead. All these defective facilities, poor service, privacy risks and unpleasant incidents have greatly ruined my travel experience. I feel extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I sincerely expect the hotel to look into all these issues properly and give me a reasonable solution and corresponding compensation. 23/05/2026 13:50"
