I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

Guest UserThe location is absolutely superb! It's close to all the main attractions, which are all within walking distance, and the luxury shopping street is right next door, making shopping incredibly convenient. Plus, there are several historic coffee shops nearby; I managed to visit two this time. It's a shame that Central Cafe is closed for half a year for renovations, so I'll have to save that for next time. Vienna is great, and so is this hotel! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again.

norn96The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from the train station, and you can reach various attractions by bus in 15-30 minutes. The hotel lobby has a strong design aesthetic, and the rooms are quite spacious. The mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary, and there's an electric kettle. Breakfast is a mix of à la carte and buffet, with a good variety at the buffet. It's a shame the hotel changed from Andaz to Hyatt after I booked, so I didn't get to experience the Andaz amenities.

찌니75Excellent Accessibility to Airport and City Center
The subway, airport transfers, and walking to the city center were all incredibly convenient and great.
Having a large supermarket and food court right in front of the hotel was also extremely convenient.
Even with the scorching June weather, the hotel's proximity allowed us to easily pop back in from exploring the city to cool down, which was fantastic.^
The lounge access was also satisfying (though closing at 8 PM was a slight disappointment), and we made good use of the food and beverages, especially given Vienna's high prices.
We upgraded from a city panorama view to a park view room, which was a great decision. The eye-level view of St. Stephen's Cathedral and the park was truly healing for all three days we were there.♡

Anonymous UserBesides the small kitchenette in the room, there's also a large communal kitchen available, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The shower has plenty of hot water. Complimentary coffee and tea are offered at the front desk. There's also a co-working space and a gym. You can use a card for the washing machine and dryer, which cost 5.5 Euros for washing and 5 Euros for drying. Just be careful not to swipe your card twice; if you're unsure, you can ask the 24-hour staff at the front desk. Also, there's a lovely ********* lady at the front desk. It would be even better if the cleanliness of the communal kitchen could be improved, for instance, emptying the trash cans twice a week, and cleaning the dishwasher, inside of the refrigerator, microwave, and toaster once a week, with proper checks to ensure the cleaning is done thoroughly.

Anonymous UserI have to give a huge thumbs up to this hotel's location! It's incredibly close to Schönbrunn Palace, just a few minutes' walk away. I highly recommend waking up early to stroll through the Imperial Gardens at Schönbrunn Palace – there are no noisy tour groups around at that time, and it feels like you have the entire exquisite garden to yourself. The experience is absolutely fantastic! The hotel facilities are also great, a blend of classical and modern design. The bedding is super comfortable, and being able to take a hot shower and get a good night's sleep after a full day of walking is incredibly restorative.

Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location.
It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep.
Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance.
Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful.
Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated.
Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience.
The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

SW rich996This hotel was the perfect choice for our first night in Vienna. It is within walking distance of Westbahnhof Station, making it very convenient for travelers arriving by train.
The location is excellent. There is a SPAR supermarket right beside the hotel and a BILLA directly opposite, making it easy to buy groceries, drinks, or snacks at any time. The surrounding area is full of shops, restaurants, cafés, and pedestrian shopping streets, so everything we needed was just a short walk away.
The hotel is in a lively and convenient area, yet still comfortable for a good night's rest. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.
Great location, great convenience, and great value for money!

Fine. The location was good, easy to get to city centre by subway. Breakfast also fine but could maybe have done with more seating. Maybe needs a little bit of updating but was good value for what I paid. Check in and out very easy.

Well-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
