"Great location for easy access to the centre of city and transport. Clean modern rooms, friendly staff. For a reasonably affordable room in the very centre of the city, I'd highly recommend some things to consider- The room has no air conditioning so can get hot but does have a fan. Can also be noisy with trams passing outside at night and early morning!!!! If you want windows open during the night I would suggest taking some earplugs to solve this problem. (Worked for me) The double bed is 2 singles put together."

I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view. There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good. The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant. Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall). From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram. By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose). Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need. The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location, cleanliness, and breakfast are all excellent. Most major attractions are within a kilometer's walk. My only gripe is that I booked it much earlier this time, and the price ended up being a third less if I had booked later – that stings a bit!

I specifically booked a room with a view, expecting to see the Belvedere Palace as advertised, but it turns out it's quite a distance away. It's also a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was particularly challenging on the second day when it snowed, as the path involves crossing several intersections. Here's a food tip: if you cross the public garden opposite the hotel, there's a fantastic restaurant. We ate there two days in a row and didn't repeat a dish. Their grilled ribs and pan-fried salmon are definitely worth trying! **Facilities:** The equipment is quite new, and both the bathroom and vanity area are spacious. **Service:** They provide sparkling water, but you have to ask the front desk for disposable toothbrushes. We realized we didn't have any after returning from the opera, but they delivered them promptly after we called, which is what you'd expect from a star-rated hotel.

unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

The cleanliness here was a huge step up! I had to check out of another hotel because the bedding there had obvious stains and hair. In contrast, every mirrored surface here was sparkling clean. It's also great that there's a shared kitchen if you want to cook, and the room has air conditioning and blackout curtains, so I slept very comfortably. The only minor downsides were a slightly damp smell in the bathroom and, as other reviews mentioned, the door doesn't have a deadbolt. Staff would often open the door without knocking, which made me feel a bit unsafe at night. I hope they can add an interior deadbolt or guests remember to bring a doorstop. As for the location, it's about a 20-minute drive from the city center, but the tram stop is right outside, so personally, I didn't find it to be an issue.

Im booked this hotel when i otw to this hotel , so nice cleans , i love this hotel Top-Tier Facilities: Guests consistently love the rooftop infinity pools and well-equipped gyms. The property also features excellent co-working spaces, games rooms, and a shopping arcade.Clean & Modern: The rooms are generally described as clean, comfortable, and efficient, resembling a Japanese business hotel.Co-Living Perks: Ideal for long stays or ”workations,” the hotel includes access to affordable self-service laundromats. The locations are peaceful, often situated next to beautiful parks while remaining just a short Grab ride from central hubs

Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance. Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful. Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated. Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience. The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

My stay this time was quite good. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept soundly. The soundproofing at night was also decent. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. However, when I went to collect my luggage, there was no staff present; I had to wait a few minutes before someone came out. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Fine. The location was good, easy to get to city centre by subway. Breakfast also fine but could maybe have done with more seating. Maybe needs a little bit of updating but was good value for what I paid. Check in and out very easy.

Well-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA. The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature. We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served. The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken. But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and quick.
