"Check-in was excellent. It was super easy. The room was great. Unfortunately, one bathroom/toilet for five rooms was insufficient. The hot water was often gone, and you had to wait until others had finished showering to use the toilet. Otherwise, everything was great."

Ttokotoko_It was close to the city center, and the accommodation was only a 4.5 minute walk from the tram, so it was a great place for sightseeing. In the photos it looked a little old and like a student dormitory, but when I actually entered the room, the facilities and sheets were clean, there were several outlets by the pillow, and the shower room had a step and a door between it and the toilet, so it was nice that the sink and toilet didn't get wet. In addition, the shared room had a full-fledged kitchen, free tea bags, apples, a refrigerator, etc., and there were two major supermarkets near the hotel, which were also recommended points.

真真I didn't pay a high amount, but when I opened the window, there was a pigeon nest, and it was ringing all day. It's a bit tight. The staff is kind.

GGuest UserO hotel conta com boa estrutura, está em boa localização na cidade, visto que apesar de não ser diretamente no centro (está há uns 20, 25 minutos de caminhada), tem facilidades, como o trans, diretamente na porta. O café da manhã é muito bom. Vi algumas avaliações negativas e achei totalmente injustas, visto que é bem variado e com vários itens gostosos, de qualidade. Um ponto importante a ser ressaltado: o comprometimento com o hóspede. Tivemos um problema com a chave e precisamos acionar o responsável, perto de meia noite, para conseguirmos entrar. A pessoa chegou muito rápido e nos ajudou com a maior educação e cordialidade.

BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center. When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately. The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants. The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service. Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch. I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

JJimmy_LeoStayed with my wife and we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, nice bathroom with shower, beds were comfortable and the room had high ceiling. The TV was a bit small. Staff was very nice and gave us early access to our room on our second stay. Be adviced that the lobby is only managed from 12 to 17, but you can self check-in if you arrive late which we did the first time around 23 pm. The location is conveniently close to a tram station which quickly takes you to Schottentor from where you can easily access the rest of Vienna. We loved our stay and will stay here again on our next visit to this lovely city!

GGuest UserIt was better than I’ve expected. The room was large enough for two people to stay and the owner kept changing the trash bin and getting us new towels every day. She was kind. You don’t have to worry about checking-in. She sends you an email about it and it’s not difficult at all compared to other Airbnbs. The location was also not that bad for us. I hope some facilities to be repaired a bit. But it was still a good stay for us.
