My husband and I chose this hotel for our one-year anniversary honeymoon. It would have been nice if the room had a garden view. I sent a message saying that we hope the room will be decorated for our honeymoon, but it wasn't. I was a little disappointed. Other things were good, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room is located on the east wing of Schönbrunn Palace. Previously the room was used to receive heads of state and foreign guests. No matter the room facilities, the location or the view from the window is impeccable. If you must say the disadvantages, the shower area is slightly slippery, and breakfast needs to go to the parkhotel not far away, which is relatively average. Although the price is very high, but the room can accommodate four people, considering the absolute value for money.

This was our third stay at the Steigenberger Herrenhof.  The hotel is in a perfect location being in walking distance of all the museums, galleries and Christmas markets.  Every member if staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.  The breakfast is very good value for money and the bar area is a great place to relax.  We love this hotel.

Hotel staffs are so nice, and room condition, location, view all were so lovely. I definitely will come again. Thank you Hilton Vienna!

The location is not very near to the train station if you carry big luggage to walk around. It’s not inside the city as well but you can get to the city within 20 mins, so it’s acceptable. Room was spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast buffet selection is rather limited. However, they have the ala carte eggs menu free to order which saves the breakfast quality. Next, the negative points. The receptionist guy (in specs & suits) was not helpful (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name because the staff here do not wear name tags). We stayed for 3 nights and we asked the guy to help us book the rooftop bar and he failed to do so for every single night. First night he said it was fully booked and said it would be available the next day. Next day, he said the bar was fully booked again. Third day, he wasn’t around and we asked a friendly female receptionist to help check the availability and she successfully made the booking for us. We went up on our last night and the bar was pretty much empty. It was a disappointing service and experience from the reception guy considering the high level of customer service claimed by Andaz.

Love the view, love the design, love the hospitality. Love it all so much🤍🤍🤍🤍 Once I step in, the staff are taking care your luggage immediately, you got a very warm welcome with the greeting and drinks and the front desk are very nice, this is the best welcome at my long Europe trip and with no doubt is the best one. The room have a very large and comfortable space, very clean, bright and the selection of the small electric equipment are prefect, live the coffee machine, blue tooth speaker and everything. And the bath tub are stunning. I will visit again and again for this perfect stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality during the trip.

I couldn’t be happier during my three nights of stay at the Intercontinental Vienna. I was given an early check in upon arrival after a tiring long haul flight. The front desk staff was so warm and helpful, giving me all the tips to browse the city area. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better as the Metro station is directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The breakfast was awesome with good quality food which fed me so well that I didn’t need a meal for the day until later in the afternoon. I want to specially mention the nicest staff at its bar who not only provided excellent service but showed their warmth and care to their customers. During Xmas day, after my dinner at the bar, one of the staff kindly ran to the life to give me a plate of chocolate biscuits to wish me a merry Christmas. I was so touched and want to use here to express my thanks to them and to that particular staff. I wish I had his name ! Overall, I throughly enjoyed my stay there and will not hesitate to come back if I ever visit Vienna. It is the most value for money place I have stayed.

As someone who’s traveled extensively, I’ve seen my share of beautiful hotels. Many shine on the surface, but very few have what this place has a soul. And that soul comes from the people. Breakfast, for instance, was an experience I won’t forget. Their Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t just about the dish. It was the way it was served, with care, with pride, and with the intent to make my morning special. To everyone who works here: thank you. You’re not just doing a job, you’re creating moments that stay with people. You turned my stay into something I’ll look back on with a smile, and that’s not something that happens everywhere. To anyone considering a stay in Vienna, know this: The Ritz-Carlton isn’t just a hotel where you’ll feel pampered, it’s a place where you’ll feel seen, valued, and at home. Experiences may fade, but the way this team made me feel will last forever.

The location and service were top notch. The amenities were also from a great brand, so I was very satisfied. However, since this is a fairly prestigious hotel, you should be a little mindful of the dress code.
