"The rooms facing the train tracks were really noisy, especially room 522. I had to change it. The trains didn't stop until 1 AM, and since I checked in late, there were no other rooms available that night. The hotel staff were all very friendly and I thought they were great people. However, there's one thing I can't accept: the next day, after I had changed rooms and explicitly put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, a staff member still used their card to enter. I don't understand why, as the room had already been cleaned that morning and didn't need another cleaning that day, especially with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up. I think I heard a knock but was half-asleep and thought it was next door. I really think this was unacceptable."

"It was really stuffy and hot in the summer without air conditioning, and there wasn't even a fan in the living room. In the six-person room, two beds were pushed together. The first room they gave me hadn't even been cleaned. I was then moved to another room, and someone only came to clean after we had already moved in. The cleaning was very quick, just changing the sheets and picking up some trash. Considering the price and the large number of beds, it was acceptable."

"The hotel’s location is brilliant, right by the river. A reasonable walk from all the main sites in the centre but also a short walk away from public transport (tram, subway) if you prefer. The airport bus is just across the bridge - was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering me coffee and answering any questions I had. I asked for a room on a higher floor, and got one on the 7th floor which had decent views of the city. The room itself was perfect size, not too small and was clean. The bed was very comfortable! Good value for a 4* - I would highly recommend :)"
