Stayed for 2 nights, AC is too noisy and not cold. Informed the front desk but still the same. The bed is too hard, could not sleep. Got many good food nearby walking distance. Got free parking space.

The hotel location is superb, walking distance to armenian street and Kimberly street. The room and bathroom are clean. Please note that the housekeeping service is on the request-based.

Have been repeat staying here. There's a private carpark besides. Food also convenient.
Booked the Garden View and there's a personal outdoor garden for relaxing. Super nice. But dont mind anyone looking down from upper floor ya....
Room seem smaller abit than courtyards view.
