We booked for two deluxe rooms for 3days 2 nights stay.
The view from the room is beautiful till can see abit of the seaview though it is located at Georgetown.
The bed were very comfortable and big for a single bed. We love it!! The room were clean and smells nice🥰
The staffs were friendly n warm. They were willing to assist us with any enquiries. We enjoyed the hotel amenities too. Well maintained and clean.
The breakfast buffet were excellent! Highly recommended to try their scrumptious breakfast buffet. We truely enjoyed our stay in Courtyard.
Will definately repeat to stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is pretty new, comfortable, clean, spacious and located in the heart of the city. The front officer, Sazzu is very hospitable and friendly. The housekeeping, a Nepal guy is friendly and hardworking to keep the room clean. Next to the hotel is one of the famous biscuits shop in Penang. However, the better biscuits is "Him Heang" which is not far away from hotel too. Within walking distance you can get to many eateries, convenience shops and cafes. If you can walk, it's easy to walk around the city to enjoy Penang.
Else, it is very easy to take a Grab to tour the city with reasonable fare. It is an enjoyable stay for me and I will come back again.

Had a great two-night stay. The room was clean, well soundproofed, and the air conditioning was already on, making the transition from hot to cool seamless. Highly recommended.

The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is how helpful the concierge Mr Ganesan was. He recommended amazing places for us to visit, always stopped to chat with us and was very friendly. Everything else in this hotel was awful. Hotel was clean and new but pool was filthy.. full of leaves and twigs. Both my partner and I had eye infections from swimming. Front desk staff were all rotten with zero customer service skills. One lady told me my room extension request was confirmed on the day I checked in but the following shift insisted that they had no extension request and simply refused to do anything to help saying they were on full capacity until I escalated it to the higher management and then miraculously the room became available. Asked in room dining for cutlery 5 times before they sent it. Upon checkout, they tried to charge me for breakfast for 2 days which I did not even eat or ask for in the first place. Hotel is clean and new but front desk staff are the worst I’ve ever come across in all my years of traveling.
