Hotel was very clean. I was asked daily if I needed anything from the cleaning staff. Staff in general were excellent on arrival and always pleasant whether that was entering or leaving the hotel. The hotel offers FREE 24/7 access to a coffee machine that is located in the reception. I never had the breakfast, but it looked half decent, with a selection of meats, breads and pastry as well as some hot food options. Not kettle or anything like that in the room. However and fridge and a safe are there. The only thing I had a slight issue with that was okay due to the temperature was the air conditioning, when I put it on to go cold, it actually made the room hotter. With the weather not being to hot, i could open the window and it cooled the room down. All in all. Great staff. Clean rooms. A decent location. Would come back.

Location may be a bit far to get to without a car but the cleanliness, housekeeping and service are great!

There was a lot of noise, a lot of it. You could only hear people having sex every minute. They woke us up at two or three in the morning. One of the receptionists also told us off for taking us from a buffet, which always wastes the food, a sandwich and a piece of fruit.

Service: The front desk service is very poor, and the attitude is bad. Other hotels of the same star level charge 10 euros for one hour late check-out, but they charge 10 euros. Facilities: The water in the wash basin does not drain, and the shower water does not drain either Hygiene: The room is not clean, and the stools are covered with dust

Reasonable price, lower than in Madrid. Good train connection from Nuevos Ministerios metro station. Breakfast not too sophisticated but quite good. Comfortable and clean rooms.

I booked a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. When I arrived, I didn't have a double bed. My day was ruined thanks to you.

Bad experience, they charged us for the hotel twice despite having told them that the hotel had already been paid for in advance, and then we asked them if we could take a shower after finishing a sporting event that finished around 11:30/12 and they told us that was impossible, so my experience has been bad.

Everything was great, the room was good, the bed was very comfortable and very clean.

It was good. It was nice to have a supermarket nearby. But it's a little dirty. We do not provide items such as toothbrushes or toothpaste.
