Great hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline.
Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see.
Although the room is small, it was comfy.

It is a great hotel, but it can be a better one if it hire quality staff.
The front desk staff ( chubby guy with a glasses ) is a bit rude, throwing my passport to the desk after confirming the details.
That’s make me wonder whether Belgians are in general that unfriendly, especially unfriendly to asian like me?
