B&B Hotel Gent Centrum

Located slightly outside the very center of Ghent, but still within a 10-minute walk to most major attractions. The room facilities are simple, and even the larger room types aren't very spacious. Although the towels, pillows, and sheets were clean, I did notice some residual stains. Free coffee and a water dispenser are always available in the lobby, along with croissants and fruit in the morning.

The hotel is very close to the attractions, so you can easily pop back for a rest if you're tired from walking, which is convenient for taking pictures of Ghent by day and night. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are quite small. I'm not sure why the price was so expensive on the day I stayed.

The service was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The lobby has a refined atmosphere, and the staff were warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room had great natural light, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and the toiletries were high-quality.

I stayed for two nights to visit Ghent and Bruges. I was very lucky to get an upgrade because a room was available! The room was spacious, the shower had hot water, and the water pressure was decent. It's a good hotel, located a short walk from the tram, so getting around was not an issue.

The hotel is quite good, modern, clean, central, and the front desk staff are very attentive and friendly. Plus, they offer complimentary coffee, chocolate, and teas at reception. The only thing I didn't like was being charged an extra €15 for getting our room a few hours before 3 PM. It was either that or pay €2 every 2 hours to store our luggage in their lockers, which would have cost us around €10 or €15 anyway. I don't understand why, for a €650 reservation for three nights, they can't let you store your luggage in the room if it's available when you arrive a bit early.
