From here many bugs come in the room.
I booked wrong date and I asked many time to the hotel and remain email (they checked ) but no replied. And when I went to the hotel that I planned (1day after the date I booked) the staff gave me a key but no answer from my request.
I thought they accepted my request. But suddenly the staff said check out time. I booked 5 nights but only 4nights I stayed there.
And he said to me "**** YOU"
Unbelievable !!!
I used this hotel for good price but never get back again. If you want to here from someone "**** YOU" you go to this terrible hotel. And sleep with cockroaches and some bugs you choose this place. I feel itchy.

This accommodation location is perfect. Really close to night market and many bars. Perfect.
The staff is friendly yet helpful. But the room need more attention from the owner.

I was very disappointed with this stay. The bathroom and bedroom linen were so dirty. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom the whole day. We didn’t have water one morning. We could also hear the night club music at night and the mosque is really close and they chant at 5am. I had the worse sleep, I could feel every mattress spring on my back and the linen was stained and dirty. The price was super affordable compared to the rest but doesn’t justify the lack of cleanliness.
Only positive was that the reception guy was polite.

It is very near to the ferry terminal. The staffs were helpful. The room, washroom and the surrounding are not clean. We often felt bad smell.

Pros: Very good location, close to nightlife and the port. Quiet except during prayers at 5 a.m. with the loudspeakers very close. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is good.
Cons: The bathroom has no ventilation or opening; it smells very musty, even moldy. The faucet was broken, and the toilet and shower didn't flush. No sheets provided, only the fitted sheet and blanket. You can request them at reception, but we were responsible for making our own beds.

Small room, cheap price, located near the beach, easy to find. The room has air conditioning, single and double beds. The staff is good and not too picky. In front of the accommodation, there is a convenient store. Worth the price paid.

A small homestay just a few minutes from the harbor. The rooms are unfortunately a bit worn, which isn't apparent from the photos. I wouldn't say they were dirty, but the slightly dated furnishings made it feel less than inviting. The water pressure in the shower was okay, but not perfect. There was air conditioning, but it worked better in some rooms than others. Still, it's okay value for money for a few nights.

The room cost 800 rubles with a tail.
When booking there was breakfast (in almost all hotels in Gili), but in fact it was not there.. only a room..
At 8 am there is no one at the reception.
Room 01, blue walls and a black picture.
The room is in poor condition, damp, ants.
Limescale and chipped tiles. Very dark. I do not recommend this hotel.. not for nothing is it called Creative.. only with it there is a chance. The neighboring but Era may be better.. you can try your luck.
There is no hot water anywhere on the island as far as I understand.. even in good hotels, so you can not rate it here
