I was happy with my stay. I booked a Run of House for 5 adults. I was informed of being assigned a two-bedroom apartment with a rollaway on the day of arrival. However, when we checked in, I was assigned a two-bedroom apartment and a studio, which comfortably fitted all 5 of us. If I booked directly with the hotel, I would have got free parking. In fact, there are plenty of street parking spaces outside the hotel.

Overall was excellent. The beds can do with new firm mattresses.

The room had some ants, even on the bed.

The hotel is 1km away from the Glen shopping mall, which takes about 10 minutes to walk. Our flight arrived at 5am, but the white lady at the front desk was very nice and let us check in early at 7am without any extra charge. The hotel facilities are very new and comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that the bathtub drains too slowly and the shower will accumulate water.

The front desk is great. They upgraded me to a room with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room for free. There are washing machines and dryers, which are very practical. There is also a balcony where you can see the street view. I will definitely stay here again next time
