The front desk is great. They upgraded me to a room with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room for free. There are washing machines and dryers, which are very practical. There is also a balcony where you can see the street view. I will definitely stay here again next time

we stay here regularly as family near by; unexpected upgrade from booked studio to 3 bed apartment! an extra bathroom is always nice; price of parking is going up though, now $20 per night

Great team and service from the Quest. Definitely the best one in the group. Nothing ever a problem and booking was as simple as it's me and that's it room is booked. Simple is great if you want see this team.

Exactly what I needed for short term stay to visit a couple of clients in the vicinity. Slight issue with a "harder" spot down middle of the bed and the lift made some alrming creaks and groans but everything else was excellent.

Have stayed here a couple of times now - Staff super friendly and helpful. CLEANEST ROOMS I HAVE EVER SEEN! All facilities are modern and functional - it's clear that much pride is taken. Great value for money.

Could not recommend Quest Glen Waverley enough. We travelled from Adelaide and didn't get there until 11pm, and the staff member made us feel so welcome. Very pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment at no cost to us. The apartment was huge, very clean and so close to shops, public transport and some really great restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.
