The $150 deposit upon check-in was a complete surprise. Why is it so high for a woman with an 8-year-old child? Furthermore, the room was full of chargeable food and drinks, and the refrigerator was almost full of them. I specifically requested a quiet room, but they gave me a room without a street view, with pipes running all over the place. The pipes were incredibly noisy, and the air conditioner was like an earthquake, and it was also very dirty. Now I'm just wondering when I'll get my $150 deposit back?"
