__M1590288****The hotel offers excellent value for money. Located in Glendale, one of the safest areas in LA, it's within a 40-minute drive of the airport and major attractions. The hotel is very new, with a gym featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a small swimming pool. Breakfast is free, and toiletries are available at the front desk. Parking is $25 per night, which is incredibly cheap in the US these days (around $75 per night in San Francisco). There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants within walking distance. Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's are about 1 kilometer away, both offering Alo Yoga, a local specialty.

GGuest Userwe stayed five nights to be close to oxy. generally the location and facility felt quite safe and convenient to both oxy and nearby glendale americana. parking was always available on-site when we needed it. we had minimal interaction with the staff (checkin/checkout was easy polite and efficient). the room was quiet, private, and reasonably clean (not super new or fancy but no complaints), the ac was functional and kept us at comfortable temp throughout. some of the electrical outlets need maintenance and required some fidgeting to get power flowing just right but this was very minor. we would stay here again for sure; good value overall.

GGuest UserThe screen-based self-check-in was unfamiliar. There were no staff around, so guests had to get their own towels and amenities. When I urgently needed to check out, the system was down, and a local person had to call for help. Parking also cost $15 per day. Consequently, I don't plan on staying here again.

GGuest UserCentre Glendale, across the road - Americana, Target, next to the excellent Foxy's restaurant, behind the corner - bus stop 217 that goes to West Hollywood. The motel itself is quite standard: furniture and plumbing are not new, but in working condition. Of the benefits - cleanliness and excellent, good-wishing staff.

GGuest UserThe building is average looking with friendly manager. I had apartment 201 which was an upstairs unit. The white bedspread had stains on it, that looked like fecal stains from someone sitting on the white spread. The sheets were fine. The carpeting looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sleeping area has two ceiling lights that were not working. Not so sure that the TV remote was working, but was able to work the TV using the on and off buttons. There were no light switches near the bed so I had to get out of bed to turn on and off the ceiling lights. The baseboards were very dirty and dusty. Spots on the walls. The headboard needed to be dusted. The bathroom had decent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The walls near the toilet and sink counter were full of spots. Spider webs on the side of the toilet walls. Ceiling exhaust fan was not working, and one light in the bathroom was out. Towels were clean but put on he racks not completely dry. In general I would say that the cleaning staff probably touches the obvious areas but does not pay attention to details. Even the lightswitch covers had a layer of dust on the top of the cover. I have pictures, but not going to spend anymore time on this review. Just want to warn future customers looking at this location.

达达木人Breakfast is average, no extra beds are allowed, and parking is available. Close to the airport, it is nothing more than a small airport. When I arrived at the gate of the airport, I thought I was at the bus station.
