Terrible hotel staff very little English rooms tiny no fridge no safe, no lift,bathroom tiny went to reception to look for some ice to cool my drink the hotel had no ice, parking 19 euro a day rip of,ill never stay here again

They included breakfast but they send you to a restaurant close. Of course they charge for that. The breakfast is terrible with not to much options. Is better they remove this service. When we requested breakfast. We expected to have in the hotel, not have to go to another place.

The hotel is located in amazing place, close to the cathedral and the royal chapel (10 min walk), 27-30 min walk from al-hambra (I don’t know far by bus that because I prefer to walk in the amazing in Granada), 15 min walk from the train station of Granada, 20 min drive from the airport (40-45 min by the bus to the airport)! I
The staff is a kind people, the lady on the reception help me to take the right bus to the airport last day instead of pay 30€ to a taxi I paid just 3€ while the bus station is 2 min walk from the hotel and she told me exactly how to reach the bus station!
They let me leave my luggage last day for 9 hours with no problem!
I used the hotel just to sleep, so I don’t care if there wasn’t option to make tea or coffee at the room!

Contrate con desayuno sin gluten, resulta que el hotel no tiene cafetería, tienes que salir a un restaurante cerca. El restaurante te tuesta el pan el en mismo tostador que a todo el mundo con lo cual hay contaminación cruzada, y tienen las cosas de juntar en tarimas grandes donde meten todos los cuchillos todo el mundo y también está todo contaminado. Nos quejamos al hotel y me dicen que l cafetería a ellos le dijeron que si hacían sin gluten pero nunca lo confirmaron .. muy mal. Nos han dejado dos dias sin desayunar a todos Por otro lado no se pueden recibir llamadas a la habitación que no entiendo porque porque Oda eso hay un teléfono en la habitación

Las fotos hacen pensar que el hotel es mejor de lo que es. Los armarios son minúsculos y en el baño no cabes si tienes que bajar a un niño en la ducha. No repetiremos seguro. Desayuno fuera, en un bar distinto cada día, y el recepcionista no nos daba el ticket para desayunar el niño. Una vergüenza de hotel.

Un fraude, calidad-precio malísima. Las fotos de la web nada que ver con la realidad. La habitación es muy muy pequeña, pero el baño es diminuto, el lavabo pegado al inidoro, casi no entras en la ducha. El hotel no tiene ascensor y para desayunar te envian a un bar. El precio carísmo para lo que es. Lo único bueno el trato del personal y la ubicación, a 10 min del centro.

Hemos estado hospedados una noche (para más días no es recomendable). Me lo recomendó una amiga por su cercanía con el centro y precio pero he de decir que si la limpieza fuese buena no tendría pega ya que para descansar cumple. No obstante nada más abrir la habitación ves que el suelo está lleno de pizcos y pelos y el baño tres cuartos de lo mismo. Las sábanas sí estaban limpias pero únicamente eso. Creo que es lo único que hacen de la habitación: la cama y un poco el baño (pero los pelos por la taza y suelo arg). De volver a Granada no volveríamos a este ‘hotel’.
