"Location was fantastic, within the limits of the city centre and walking distance to everything including the Alhambra. Logistically it was just a bit too far for the long distance buses or train station but that's more to do with the layout of the city. The room was amazing - very generous sizing, quiet, light and comfortable. The bathroom itself was bigger than a hotel room for the same price in e.g. Paris. Check-in was a bit of a hassle as the place was not staffed round the clock but it was only a 5 min wait."

"It's IMPOSSIBLE to get to the hotel with a suitcase! The hotel itself is gorgeous, beautiful, with nice rooms and a historic center, but! No one warns you or mentions in your reservation that driving there by car is impossible, just as walking is impossible. There are dozens of stairs, cobblestones, and if you're traveling by car, you need to take a TAXI! To drive the 800 meters to the hotel! You find out about this at night, when the journey takes a long time, and you spend an HOUR lugging your suitcase or taking an OVER-Price taxi. And then you have to drag your 20 kg up to the 4th floor! On foot, up the stairs. For the sake of a beautiful view. Horrible location, horrible conditions, and no warning! So you can prepare in advance."

"A stylish hotel, conveniently located just off an alley next to Granada Cathedral. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the common areas were very spacious. They reportedly host regular rooftop parties, which would be great for social butterflies, though there's an extra charge to attend. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection and the taste was average, but it was enough to fill you up. The coffee was awful, but for only 6 euros, it's incredibly good value. A nice touch was the complimentary box of drinking water provided on the first day of our stay. Luggage storage is free on your check-in day, but there's a 3-euro charge for storing bags after check-out."

The breakfast included a variety of fruits, bread, ham, and even a freshly squeezed orange juice machine, which was a very good experience. The female staff at the front desk was very kind and gave us lots of information on how to get around the city, tourist spots, recommended tapas bars, etc. The room was perfect, spacious and clean, and a twin room with a bathtub was great. It was close to the bus stop, so it was very convenient for sightseeing. I recommend it!"
