"The location was really good -
From Granada Airport, take the Alsa Bus and get off at Cathedral Station, and the hotel is just across the street. Even though it is in an alley, it is not far from other downtown areas and is easily visible, making it easy to get around.
I didn't have high expectations from the moment I booked the accommodation.
It felt quite disappointing that there was no water in the room.
Other than that, the staff's guidance service was good, and because it rained on the first day of my stay, the temperature dropped significantly.
It seemed like the radiator in the room couldn't be operated by an individual. I felt like I would have to make a separate request if it was cold, but it wasn't too cold so I could handle it.
Looking at the location of the outlet and the overall structure of the room, it seemed like an old apartment/villa had been renovated and was being operated as lodging.
It's difficult to answer because I don't eat separately.
There aren't really any advantages other than the location, and there is a price advantage, but if I go to Granada again next time, I think I'll pay a little more and go for a better hotel."
"The overall experience, from check-in and parking to checkout, was excellent—everything was well-organized, clean, friendly, and prompt. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. The coffee was disappointing, possibly due to sweetened or powdered milk in the coffee machine, making it undrinkable. The selection of vegetables was limited to sliced tomatoes, and the mushrooms didn’t seem freshly cooked. The traditional potato egg omelet was overly salty, and there were no soups or porridge or salad or fish available. We were glad we didn’t book breakfast for the entire stay. It is not a 4 * Hotel breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was very attentive though"

"Clean, great reception, silcilent, Access to metro and bustations and historical places, warm, recommend by this price,
Although I didn't eat meals in hotel"
"Location was fantastic, within the limits of the city centre and walking distance to everything including the Alhambra. Logistically it was just a bit too far for the long distance buses or train station but that's more to do with the layout of the city. The room was amazing - very generous sizing, quiet, light and comfortable. The bathroom itself was bigger than a hotel room for the same price in e.g. Paris. Check-in was a bit of a hassle as the place was not staffed round the clock but it was only a 5 min wait."
"I didn't know the geography of Granada, so I expected it to be a moderate outskirts, but I took the hotel, except that it was good to get through the highway when I visited Alhambra. It's far from the downtown area where people are gathered, and I struggled to move in many ways. And one big mall that you can't tell if you're open or not, and one big restaurant opposite it. And it's really nothing, nothing, except for the mercadona near the residential area.
In conclusion, the location can't give you a good score, and I had a pretty hard time coming and going to the downtown area of Granada, where I was taking a bus using a car. Please calculate the route between the main tourist points and the hotel in advance and move.
The hotel overall was a bit old style, but the room size was larger than any hotel I have stayed in Spain so far. I was on a honeymoon, but I was assigned two single beds and asked me to change to a double bed room. There was no work, and I was able to have a satisfactory bed.
Parking is 16 euros a day, and the system is an old-fashioned system with tickets, so you have to pull out meaningless ticket paper every time you enter, and when you go out, you press the bell and say the lake of the room.
Our couple were not sensitive to noise, but the hotel structure was a shared structure in which the noise in the lobby was upstairs, and we were right above the group guests who were drinking late at night in the lobby. It was a location room. I understand that it was inevitable in the structure, but it was not a very pleasant experience that I could hear the noise of those people in the hotel room.
And the other thing that was absurd was that they had slippers and robes, and they were paid three euros for them and they were packaged. My wife needed slippers as a necessity, and she paid for the package and was able to provide a little better quality slippers than the one-time slippers provided by other hotels in the usual way. The experience that I had to pay and use slippers and bathrobes for 3 euros at a 5 star hotel could not be said to be absolutely good. Because I'm writing this review in the next hotel I checked in, wearing a bathrobe and slippers that are free of charge at this hotel."
"Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past."
"The hotel is not close to the long-distance bus station. This time it is a taxi. The three-person trip is not too expensive. The nearby tourist area has many shopping and food options. It is not far from the palace. It is also convenient to walk or take a bus. The hotel staff is kind and proactive. I have asked me how to take the bus to the long-distance bus station after renting the hotel. I feel that her professional service is commendable. This small hotel has these professional teams and the overall performance is commendable."
"Una sugerencia para la gerencia, sería conveniente aumentar el personal a la hora del desayuno, sobre todo en días festivos o con muchas reservas. Ayer domingo 29 de diciembre con el comedor a tope solo había una chica y pobrecita, no daba abasto... gracias a su compañera de recepción que se ocupaba de recoger mesas etc."
"Well, nice hotel not far from the city center, I was not able to enjoy the pool which was closed, but it was a nice 30 degrees outside, I was not able to enjoy breakfast either so I can't comment on it. An improvement would be to put some type of fan in the bathroom and improve the internet connection, which was very poor. Very comfortable bed with the Pikolin, very spacious rooms."

Amazing
CCameo19I arrived early, but the welcome from the check-in staff was very warm, and the one lady with the green dress, whose name I can’t recall, was super helpful and friendly, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was wonderful, located opposite the Alhambra, and perfect for visiting the prime tourist attraction. It’s 12-15 minutes walk into the centre, so not far, however the walk back is slightly uphill and may prove challenging for some, fortunately buses regularly pass through so not an issue. Breakfast was lovely with some really good options. Room was a good size, modern and very comfortable. Additionally, each evening staff drop off a small pack of candy, which is nice. Many pros, but couple of cons: not many restaurants near by, as most are located in the centre, and as a lone female, walking back through the park from the centre feels a little eerie after dark, so best to get taxi/bus back.
Pool is small and not heated, not an issue for me though. Overall, an excellent choice.

Amazing
GGuest UserWhile waiting to check in, I was given a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The room facilities were also very modern, and the toilet had a washlet for the first time. After returning from the trip, a plate of ginkgo biloba, cheese, diced ham and biscuits were given to the room to replenish energy. There is food everywhere when you go out, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, where you can enjoy delicious and affordable tapas. Breakfast was ordered from the menu and was very delicious.
The only drawback is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the area is very dry, but after informing the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion was delivered - the shampoo and other toiletries are all from L'Occitane.

GGuest UserIts style is contemporary. Good location. But I had some sort of bug bites on the back of my neck and my upper right arm. I told the front desk and mentioned that those bites were not itching. He told house keepers right away and said they will come and check. It was 2nd day midday and before I checked out on the fourth day, no one came check. Bed was sinking in the middle, like most of the hostels, and it is smaller and lower than usual.

SSamualzhuThe location is very good. It only takes 17 minutes to walk to the Gate of Justice of the Alhambra Palace. The entrance is the Granada Cathedral. You can take the airport bus directly from the airport to this hotel (that is, the Cathedral Station, 4.1 euros per person). Check-in is only after 3 o'clock. It seems that there are many people staying, so I left my luggage in the hotel at first. The attitude of the front desk lady was very good. The next day, I helped to take a taxi to the train station directly. It was about 7 euros. The taxi arrived at the door in 5 minutes, and it took 10 minutes to get to the train station. The only drawback is that the room is relatively small (but it is enough), and it is also very clean. Overall, it is good.

GGuest UserWe had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you.
The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too.
Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️
GGuest UserThe English accent of the room brother is very interesting, and gave us a better room. At the top of the hotel, it is a room with a loft. There is a big bed upstairs and downstairs. The six-man star symbol can be seen everywhere in the hotel, maybe the store is Jewish. The rooms are clean and the decoration is simple and tasteful.
Most importantly, the hotel is located in the bustling new square of the city, next to the Albaising District, you can see the flow of people downstairs, and you can see the Alhambra Palace from afar. The location is excellent. Provided a wonderful end to our trip.

GGuest UserMy favorite hotel of the whole trip, the room is big and clean, the balcony room is on the 6th floor, you can have a drink and watch the Agong. However, the view of the balcony room is not the view of the Agong, which is different from the picture. It is the street view. Locals drink until at least 3 o'clock on weekends, which is a bit noisy. In addition, the breakfast does not match the positioning of this hotel, and there are too few choices. Despite this, I still love this hotel~

GGuest UserThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.

OOLIVIER- Hey,
Ok, overall, 6/10 is the ideal note ...joints in the shower that departs, traces of aging and black humidity in the shower, overall quite clean, high-tech facilities are well but also aging, e.g.: The beuk TV, as well as the ”intelligent” toilet that opens, closes, cleanses alone at night, and especially a very bad bed where, you push, as soon as you are going to bed! That's the worst thing!
Overall, well, you have also for your money, when booking, you know you will not go even in a 4 or 5 stars !!!
Sorry for the staff who is really super nice, and there 10/10!
A + also, we arrived after midnight, after official time of registration, we have called warning of our delay, and gently one person at the reception has stayed to receive us !! Thank you
