Sercotel Palacio de Los Gamboa ★★★★
"Very good hotel, good location, quiet, clean, good breakfast. Walking distance to the main attractions,"
Hotel Granada Center ★★★★
"The hotel was very clean and decent. The service, however, was truly exceptional. We've been transferring between different hotels these past few days, and this one had the best service by far. They were incredibly warm and attentive. Marcos, the gentleman who checked us in, was quick and very sharp. Our luggage got lost during a transfer, and he proactively helped us track it down. He also helped us book tickets for the Alhambra Palace, making our trip truly worthwhile!"
Don Juan ★★★
"Nice hotel , near town center, parking nearby . Price ok"
Áurea Catedral by Eurostars Hotel Company ★★★★
"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the cathedral. It's a short walk to the Alhambra and Albaicín, and there's a Carrefour nearby, along with plenty of cafes. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they gave us great tips on local attractions and recommended some fantastic restaurants. The hotel breakfast was also very generous – definitely one of the best we had on this European trip."
Senator Granada ★★★★
"The hotel is very good, clean, comfortable, very nice staff and the location is great, quiet area but 5 minutes from the center on foot I will repeat"
Los Angeles Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"This hotel room is very dirty"
Melia Granada ★★★★
"Convenient and newly renovated."
Hotel Sacromonte ★★★
"The room is very clean. The toothbrush cup is covered with a plastic bag. The front desk is also very friendly. It is convenient for shopping around. You can store your luggage for free and you can also charge your phone on the sofa at the front desk."
Urban Cube Hostel Granada
"It was my first time staying in a dorm, and the capsule offered significantly more privacy than regular beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The capsule and common areas were exceptionally clean. Overall, my expectations were exceeded, and I would choose Urban Cube again. A few points, however: The wood paneling doesn't block out loud snorers in the room. The overhead light in the capsule wasn't working; I only noticed after checkout that there was supposed to be a light there. I usually get cold at night, but it got very warm and stuffy here because the capsule only has a fan (no air conditioning) for warm air. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped, but eating there is awkward because the counter is too high and the coffee table too low."

Palacio Gran Vía, a Royal Hideaway Hotel
"I booked the penthouse suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The exterior was charmingly antique, while the interior boasted all the modern amenities one could need, including an electric toilet and touch-screen controls for lighting and air conditioning. The bar and restaurant were superb; every dish was a hit. The waiter was incredibly enthusiastic when introducing the food and drinks, clearly showing his passion for his work. The service was worlds ahead of other hotels in the world. If my travel plans weren't already booked and couldn't be changed, I would have loved to stay here for a week."
Alhambra Palace Hotel
"Had a great time, and the views were amazing~"
Áurea Washington Irving by Eurostars Hotel Company
"Good service and hospitality, enjoy good moment there , appreciate"
Seda Club Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels
"We spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home. The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression. The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings. Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy. The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm. One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food. Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada."
Porcel Alixares
"Excellent hotel at the top of hill. Cooling weather. No need switch on aircon at night. Easily access to city centre by bus. 5min walking to alhambra."
Porcel Sabica
"Great Staff! Nice breakfast. Only the pool would leave blue marks, a warning upon arrival would be best because it could damage the swimwear."
Sercotel Granada Suites
"Lovely and well located apartment"
Hotel Macià Real de La Alhambra
"My experience at this hotel was excellent from the very first moment. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making you feel very welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with attention to every detail. The facilities (pool, common areas, restaurant) are very well maintained and create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it 100%. It's a place where you can really see they take care of their guests!"
Eurostars Gran Via
"Everything was perfect and on time. The room had all the Optional amenities."
Gran Hotel Claridge Granada - Preferred Hotels & Resorts
"The hotel is totally brand new and the decorations are luxurious. Also, the service provided by Lorenzo Centella is outstanding and impressive. He is always energetic and enthusiastic. He made us feel really warm in Granada. Even though he said he is still exploring and studying (really humble), what he has done is nearly perfect. It’s also worth mentioning that the breakfast of the hotel is nice and the environment is chill and cozy. And if you get some time, spa in the hotel is also worth trying. Thank you for giving us this unforgettable memory and we will be back in the future."
Hotel Macià Granada Five Senses Rooms & Suites
"The hotel is located in the very center of the city, everything is within walking distance. The cleaning is good. The staff is friendly."
Catalonia Granada
"The hotel is great, I stay there often. As for cleanliness, while it was just 'okay' this time, it's usually very good. The quality-price ratio is decent, which is why I keep coming back when I visit Granada. On the downside, the prices on the restaurant menu and for room service are disproportionate and make no sense. I always order food from outside now."
Toc Hostel Granada
"Perfect location right in the city center. The room was really comfortable, clean, and nicely designed. There’s a little balcony with a lovely view of the old town. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The rooftop area also has a great view. I really enjoyed my stay here."
Hotel Párraga Siete
"Centrally located, comfortable, and very clean hotel. The staff is very friendly. The only problem is that the restaurant turns into a nightclub in the evenings, making it impossible to rest in your room due to the music and noise."
Hotel Posada del Toro
"A good location, a street over from Grand Via. It's an old, small place and the only real downside was that it needs a bit of refurbishment. Not sure if all the rooms are the same, but ours was a tight fit. If you are on the large side, you may struggle to get on toilet or get in shower. Plenty of hot water, good air con, double glazed so no street noise. Elevator/lift. Good breakfast in a lovely courtyard. All staff were very good and helpful."
Hotel Comfort Dauro 2
"The hotel is small and exquisite, hidden in an alley, with two doors at the front and back. The GPS is often confused🥴. There are two floor-to-ceiling windows (doors) in the room, which open to a narrow balcony. Below are tables and chairs for outdoor dining in the restaurant, which is very unique. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it's convenient to go anywhere. I give it 5 points."
