The experience in Granada was wonderful and palacio of Santa Inés was a great place to stay. The place is close to many restaurants and historical sites. The room was clean ample and bed was comfortable. We love to walk so going up the steps to the palace was an easy walk. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here. So much character in the rooms and the atriums and reception area- an excellent conversion of a historic building to a hotel. We took a walking tapas tour and it was one of the stops! Our room and bathroom both very nice. A frig minibar in our room we used for our water bottles. Our room was not served by the elevator - but this was not a problem for us. The Wi-Fi was spotty but staff helpful in getting connected. Breakfast was good and coffee was via a coffee pod machine. The breakfast room was crowded at times, but able to wait in the pleasant atrium. We loved traversing the alleyways, just a few steps for views of the Alhambra - and a maybe 20 minute uphill walk to visit. (Taxis inexpensive and this is an option to get to the Alhambra also). Staff pleasant and helpful with recommendations and directions. The Plaza Nueva very close and easy to catch a taxi here.

I extended my stay at the hotel because there were issues with my booking at another hotel. The second stay was better than the first one and there were no visible stains. The hotel is located next to the Alhambra and it's an uphill walk if traveling from the city centre to the hotel on foot.

Very close to the high-speed rail station, convenient transportation. Clean and hygienic. Recommended to stay. Stop is also very convenient. The front desk will also speak English for me who will not speak Spanish. The room is a bit small, but quiet and comfortable.

Great stay in the heart of Granada. Very friendly and helpful staff that will make your stay the best possible. Congratulation to Mar, on the front desk :)

I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

Visite el alojamiento con mi pareja y no hay una sola cosa negativa que pueda decir. Jairo fue desde el primer momento ENCANTADOR con nosotros. Nos dio un zumo de frutas de bienvenida, nos explicó cómo ir a la Alhambra y nos indicó lugares de interés turístico. Nos informo a la perfección del procedimiento del desayuno y hasta nos propuso un cambio de habitación a una mejor que nos acabó encantando. Se ofreció a subirnos las maletas y estuvo en todo momento con una sonrisa en el rostro. Al irnos del hotel nos dio una botellita de agua para el viaje. Respecto al alojamiento el detalle, cuidado y mimo con el que está decorada cada estancia es sublime. La terraza ofrece unas buenas vistas. La ubicación es buena pero, recalco una vez más lo mejor es el trato del personal, sobretodo Jairo y ¿Fran era el otro chico? Da gusto encontr**** con un personal que te haga sentir tan agusto y cuidado. Si algún día vuelvo a Granada ya sé dónde alojarme. GRACIAS

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

There is free parking, which is extremely cost-effective for self-driving. There is Carrefour next to it, it is more convenient to buy things, but there are not many places to eat around, mostly for fast food. The service was warm and the room was clean and tidy.

As other have said around 10 minutes walk from City Centre but close to all attractions. Rooms are excellent, spacious and have a nice bathroom. Tea and cofee provided and rooms kept spotless by cleaners. Did not use amenities on offer or eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on quality. Only one minor negative was around wifi - brilliant in reception but 'patchy” in room and would often lose connectivity. Overall first rate hotel and would return.
