Location is very close to Waterfront station and the room is big enough for single traveler , tiny but cozy Front desk staff is nice during check in and check out !

The room we were in backed onto the nightclub located beside the hotel. Friday night I was able to sleep with earplugs and block most of the bass out but Saturday night was louder both the music and dj. Sadly the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I had a spring in my hip and it was concave in the center. Our daughters tried to stay overnight on the pull out sofa and the mattress on it was next level awful!! The restaurant Morriseys next door has an amazing new chef and their fish & chips was amazing!! You get a 25% discount at the restaurant with your stay at the hotel. Overall the hotel was mostly clean, and the staff were friendly and polite.

I stayed here from May 16th to 19th, and it was exactly the kind of hotel I needed after a long flight from Korea to Vancouver. The room was spacious and clean — it honestly made me feel like a successful woman living her best life. Everything was super comfortable and well-maintained. The location was also perfect. I could walk to most of the main attractions, and whenever I needed a break, I could easily come back to the hotel to rest before heading out again. It really made my trip more relaxing and enjoyable. And I can’t forget to mention the staff — every single person I encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. Their warm hospitality made my stay even better. Thanks to this hotel, my memories of Vancouver are extra special. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Service was ok. The rook was right at the elevators but we stayed just for 1 night so it was manageable. We had delayed flight from Vancouver and staff was nice enought to let us park the vehicle in the hotel parkade for 2 hours after check out. I personally would prefer cheaper rate for parking.

Suite with one bed in a room, two beds in the main room which is an open studio to a kitchen. Small balcony too! Great location at the end of Robson Street so can walk into the action, but still fairly quiet. Prob want to open the windows to air the room out a bit after cleaning, but perfectly fine. Watch out for small charges. We didn't hit any tripwires, but there is a 2.4% charge for credit card and clean up fees if you leave dirty dishes and such. So don't leave in a hurry! Check in and check out was quick. The hotel doesn't seem to have facilities, but when you have a kitchen in the room, quite OK! Would def go again. Note that the old hotel name is still on the front, so don't be confused. Worked out fine.

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the meal is convenient. If you have a day or two day tour with the group, walk 2 to 3 minutes from the meeting place. The hotel room is slightly smaller, but the setting is good, especially with a small balcony! Warm service, people are very NICE

Very good location at a great price! Highly recommend this place especially with amazing staff and daily housekeeping! The building itself is definitely slightly aged, but it's evident that the current management/owners are doing their best to improve the facilities. The good - affordable coin laundry, communal kitchen, very big rooms, amazing rooftop patio and sauna, impeccable location in Vancouver downtown The not so good - no breakfast options, communal kitchen's own pots and pans look iffy, slightly aged facilities (but the communal areas are definitely renovated in recent years) Will stay again if I'm ever in that area!

Very nice team members. Nice quiet room. Super bed. Can open the window which is so rare nowadays. Scrumptious breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Safe and secure and reasonable price 24 hour parking. Decent bath in room. Overall a great stay and we will be back. Where else has such value for money in Vancouver!

We only stayed for one night. It had two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. The space was very comfortable and fully equipped like a home, with microwaves, coffee machines, instant pots, stoves, refrigerators, desks, etc. There is a TV in each room and the living room. There are makeup mirrors and bedside tables in the bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery outside the windows is very good. The bed was very soft. I originally thought it would be too soft to sleep on, but I ended up having a good sleep until dawn. It was very comfortable. The location is great and very convenient for shopping. There are many stores downstairs where you can buy food. There are McDonald's, Japanese ramen, and Zhenzhudan across the street~ The Chinese restaurant next door to Zhen Zhu Dan also has great food. The boss is very polite and will chat with you and recommend delicious meals to you.
