The location is excellent, but is hard to locate at arrival just cross the road to be in Guangzhou east railway station, where you can find many food shops. Also you have McDonalds, H&M , sephora. The room is spacious, home style, washing machine working and detergent is supplied, microwave, kettle, minibar. very convenient for a long stay

The location is the best thing about this place. The view is also quite nice especially at night. The whole apartment is a bit run down but clean and has everything you would want (including a washing machine).

Had a late check-in due to flight delay but it went well with prior communication. A bit confusing to locate for first timer like me as it’s an apartment building, which was a bit rundown, operated for stay by different operators. Conveniently located, adjacent to malls, metro/bus station and restaurants. However, the room is in need of a refresh, especially the toilet. Room was filled with cigarette smell but leaving the window ajar had it fixed the next day. Bed was comfortable and clean but pillows were a letdown. Given the options available in the vicinity and the city, it would be hard to return to this place.

Looks nice but in fact the apparent is not clean. It needs cleaning . Just 1 cup to drink for two people . Two wooden chairs are for decoration - impossible to sit. Pillows are the cheapest - cant sleep properly. But nice pictures.
