Orange Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe Gangding) Reviews

The hotel is located along a busy main road and a junction. It is rather noisy with the sound the car horns. Not just the noise of the traffic, the noise from the air cooling system or some machine on top of the building is disturbing as I was given room from the 2nd last floor. The windows are dusty and it just dampen your mood. Not impressive for a chain hotel. The location is excellent but there are better choices around it.

Except for the old facilities, everything else is very good and convenient. It is right next to the subway. I was given a room on the 8th floor. The breakfast was good.

I didn't sleep all night, I was swatting mosquitoes all the time, got bitten a few times, checked out in the morning and asked if there was breakfast, but the waiter told me that there was no breakfast, this is the only service for a hotel over 500 yuan, and then I checked the order information and it showed that breakfast was included, I ordered breakfast but didn't eat it, just ate something nearby, I won't stay here again

Wonderful hotel for your money. Expectation and reality completely coincided. I ask experienced hoteliers to pass by. There are some things to pick at, but overall it's great. Starting with the location, it’s just under an hour from the airport, there are bus stops and a metro station nearby. Near the hotel there are shopping centers, grocery stores, cafes for every taste. The hotel itself is not big. The interior is decent, the rooms are a solid 4. The staff is very friendly, not speaking Russian, they always found a way to understand and help us. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. I will write again that the hotel is completely worth the money.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Orange Hotel. The hotel has convenient transportation. Gangding Subway Station on Line 3 is right next door and directly opposite the Third Hospital of Zhongshan Hospital. Tianyu Shopping Mall is right next to the hotel, making life convenient. The hotel provides a series of considerate services, including lending data cables, extending check-out for half an hour, etc. What is commendable is that the hotel's service is more meticulous every time. If necessary, stay at this hotel again next time.

1. Bad attitude: The flight was delayed and I paid full payment for the room booked through Ctrip. . During this period, the waiter called twice to urge me. It means that if you don't come, we won't reserve a room for you. I made a full reservation, why can't I reserve a room? 2. There is no elevator: I arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning. The room I was given was on the 9th floor. I had to take the elevator to the 8th floor and walk to the 9th floor. I was told that all other rooms were full. 3. No hot water: The hot water was still cold after being left on for more than 10 minutes. During this period, I called to ask for help. The waiter said in a flattering way: The water pressure on the 9th floor was not enough, so we were asked to leave it on for 20 more minutes. 4. The room facilities are outdated: as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3. There were stains everywhere and nothing good; 5. The sound insulation is extremely poor: This building is old and it can be said that there is no sound insulation at all. And there will be a decoration team, electric drills, and impact drills from 10 o'clock in the morning. 6. Flying dust all over the sky: There is a decoration construction site right on the 9th floor. As long as you open the door, it will be filled with dust! I don’t understand who gave you the courage when the price of 480 a night can’t even meet the most basic needs. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. none of them! Fighter in the garbage!

I stayed here for a week on a business trip and it felt very good. From the moment I checked in, the lady at the front desk thoughtfully arranged a quieter room. The cleaning lady was also very dedicated every day. It was a great experience!
