Response from Property: When you checked in, they said the room was small and gave you a free upgrade. They also told you that if it needed cleaning, you should tell the front desk staff because many guests are not allowed to enter the room to clean. When you came in, we showed you the room and we communicated that if you were not satisfied, you could get a refund directly. You said you were in a hurry to sleep, so they upgraded you to a bigger room the next day. If the room was really as bad as you said, I believe you would not have stayed for five days.
