Good service staff during check-in. Smooth and efficient. The room is big and clean. Coffee could be better in the room... maybe drip coffee

Stayed at this hotel for our New Year’s Eve trip to Guangzhou. The location of the hotel is very good and central. We were welcomed by Hans at the front desk who helped to check in for us. He was friendly and polite. the room that we initially got had some smell of smoke from previous guest probably. I went back to the reception and he helped to change and upgrade our room to a much better room on a high floor which was much appreciated. The breakfast wide variety of the hotel breakfast was also nice so there was much to choose from. I especially liked the tea section as there were lots of different teas (including flower teas) to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Guangzhou.

Amazing hotel with good facilities and location. Biznes traveller recommended for this and near Beijing Road shopping district.

Hotel rooms were clean and tidy. Reception and concierge were friendly. Location of the hotel was good, just the entrance was abit not convenient, most of the drivers only stopped by roadside as they couldn’t see clearly where is the main lobby. Overall it was a good stay.

Service of reception is bad ! Food is below average. Bellman doesn’t assist to carry luggage when we were arrive at main entrance ! Chit chatting there ! Reception staff talk to me without looking at me. Unprofessional !

Hotel room was clean and spacious. The amenities were on the simple side but did their job. Location wise, the hotel is not the closest to the metro however as it is located in Yuexia region it was quite close to most tourist attractions and we were able to didi around.

Qing Chen provided good service to our check out. She was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating! Enjoyed our stay, room was clean and service was very good! Will definitely come back again

My experience at this supposed 5-star hotel was disappointing. The check-in process took an unusually long time, and the front desk staff were neither professional nor friendly. Their demeanor was gloomy, and I didn't feel welcomed at all. The hotel required a hefty deposit, almost equivalent to the total price paid for the stay, with seemingly no fixed policies for accepting deposits. I had to negotiate to pay a lower sum, which was inconvenient. Upon arrival, I found the fridge in my room locked. I had to contact the front desk to send a staff member to unlock it, as if they assumed guests would take drinks without paying. The staff did not apologize for this inconvenience. The hotel's interior, both in the rooms and the lounge, felt outdated. Cleanliness did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel, and the room size was considerably smaller compared to other hotels in Guangzhou. Additionally, the check-out process was slow, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with my stay. Disappointed. 100% would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel location is good and the staff there are really helpful. However the hotel is a little old already.
