Jumeirah Hotels in Guangzhou

A family of five with a dog had a very good stay during the Spring Festival. I highly recommend this place for families with children. We booked a three-bedroom apartment with a large living room and a round dining table. It was very spacious and convenient to have a kitchen. We cooked dumplings in the kitchen when we were staying up late. Geographically, Huacheng Square is across the street and Guangzhou Tower is within walking distance. There is an ole supermarket downstairs and many food options nearby, all within walking distance. There is delicious sweet water every night, and a small cake was given on New Year's Eve. I especially want to mention that the hotel is very soundproof. I can't hear any sound from outside or the next room, and the sleep quality is great. The housekeeper Vivian's service is very considerate. She added WeChat before arriving and sent fruit. She would ask about the stay experience every day, and the takeaway would be delivered to the door. She also called the front desk to send any service in a timely manner. Seeing that we wanted to drink tea, she directly moved a box of water to us. It was very comfortable to stay. I will choose this place next time I come to Guangzhou!

We spent one night in this hotel on our way home. It is an extremely elegant, clean and well-maintained hotel. The rooms are high up, starting from the 50th floor. The Londoners jumped in as soon as we arrived, check-in was quick and pleasant. We asked for an extra bed for our child, which was already at the door when we got there. We got a wonderful, huge room with a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable. The water pressure was the best during our long trip. We sat at the table with a teddy bear for breakfast :) I ordered an omelette, American pancakes for our child and a cappuccino for myself. The cappuccino did not arrive at all. The hummus and raspberry pastry were a pleasant surprise. There was a kind of pistachio pastry, the last of which was taken right in front of my nose by an extremely rude guest and since they did not bring more, I could not taste it. The water tank was not refilled, I was able to fill the last half glass by taking it off the stand, removing the top, and pouring it into the glass. The staff noticed this and we were given two mugs of lukewarm water, not cold, directly on the table. Breakfast was definitely the weakest point of our stay. All the food was very delicious, but the staff was inattentive, forgetful, and not proactive in the slightest. Check-out was also smooth, everything was prepared. Since our flight was delayed due to stormy weather, we were able to stay in the room longer, which we would like to thank for.
