Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich

Had a comfortable stay and took some great photos! The gym and pool on the 7th floor were fantastic and free to use – definitely made this trip worthwhile ✨. Every detail at this hotel offers a sense of healing. Without a luxurious backdrop, the hotel uses its thoughtful details to be a light on your journey. No perfunctory service, no compromises, just a little sun on your travels ☀️. Had a wonderful time at Sofitel, and Mia at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful during my check-out.

The front desk service was excellent, especially the check-in receptionist Doris Alyssa. Also, Mason, a male manager in the lobby, was particularly enthusiastic. They gave me a free room upgrade to a very quiet room with a curved floor-to-ceiling window, offering a great view of the Canton Tower at night. I was extremely satisfied with my stay!

The hotel amenities are great. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the water is quite clean with no strong bleach or chlorine smell. The store manager's service was also excellent; after I went out for a meeting, they helped load my luggage into the car.

Nini Chen at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, making regular guests feel right at home. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it my top choice when staying in Tianhe. Both the facilities and services are superb.

The best riverside hotel in Guangzhou, I always stay at Sofitel whenever I'm in the city. The rooms are amazing, primarily decorated in red. I highly recommend choosing a river view room as you can see the Canton Tower, and the night view is spectacular. The breakfast selection is also incredibly diverse, with a full range of Cantonese dim sum available.
