The hotel is nice but our room had a terrible sewerage smell and they did not give us the room we had originally booked and paid for.

My family and I had a pretty good stay here for a few days. The room is visually nice but not so practical as there was nowhere to place your clothes- no storage at all, just the little area to hang your towels and place your shoes beside the sink. The room was clean and the staff provided very good service and it was a bonus that one of them spoke some English. The hotel is centrally located and just a few minutes walk to all the shopping and restaurants. However, at first, it was confusing, looking for parking as it’s not clear where to park and the name of the hotel is Las Islas so we couldn’t find it. Nowhere does it say Oasis Hotel. Overall, the staff was accommodating and helped to sort out the free parking in the garage.

The hotel is right in the city center, convenient to go anywhere, the room is spacious and clean, the view is wide, and it is very comfortable to live in. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the service is also in place. There is also a sky terrace on the top floor where you can take photos and check in!
