"My trip to Guilin was made truly special by the Xinyu Hotel – it gave me such a wonderful surprise and a sense of belonging. What really blew me away was the breathtaking view from the rooftop. From up there, you can see Guilin's unique karst mountains, which look like a living ink wash painting with the morning mist, and then at night, they're dotted with twinkling lights, exuding a gentle, lively atmosphere. Just sitting there and daydreaming, all the travel fatigue melted away. The room was spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Plus, it's super convenient – East and West Street is right outside, and you can easily walk along Linjiang Road to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas. Next time I'm in Guilin, I'll definitely be staying at Xinyu Hotel again!"

The views are lovely, and it’s an ideal base for exploring Lijiang on foot. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities are modest, but comfortable and well maintained. We tried both the breakfast buffet and dinner, and both were enjoyable. Tip: At breakfast, don’t just rely on the buffet. You can order a selection of freshly cooked dishes at no extra cost, and they’re well worth trying. Overall, this is a great hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location with excellent service."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and very close to Elephant Trunk Hill. The observation deck offers a fantastic view of the lake. The service was also great, they were very responsive to all our requests. It was a very pleasant trip."

"I really enjoyed the location and all of the attendance were so lovely. It was wonderful to wake up and be inside the park. The shuttle bus was easy to call for if you have WeChat. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There is someone who can assist you with tours located right there in the lobby, so that made it very convenient. The only downside for stay was that the soundproofing could’ve been a bit better since we had some very inconsiderate neighbors who yelled down the hall to each other. And the breakfast was rather basic for foreigners. They had congee noodle soup and boiled eggs with an assortment of steamed buns. They did have sausage and bacon, but they were very bland. Maybe they would’ve made us scrambled eggs or omelettes if we had asked, but it didn’t seem like the soup station was equipped to do that and no one speaks English in the dining hall. But if you’re OK with Asian breakfast, they have you covered."

"Found a hidden gem of a hotel! The room was clean and comfy, and the bedding was so soft. The biggest surprise was the handmade coffee offered by the front desk – so fragrant! The location is excellent, not far from the scenic spots, and there's a Walmart downstairs for easy shopping. The segmented key card access provides great security, and the kids' play area is perfect for little ones. Plus, the laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are fully equipped. The service was gentle and attentive, and it offers incredible value for money. Definitely my top choice when visiting Guilin!"

"The newly opened hotel is really clean and hygienic, the room is big enough, and the front desk brother's service attitude is good. Generally, I don't wash clothes in the hotel outside. The laundry here is really clean and the washing and drying are separated. The room also prepared a small bag of laundry detergent, disposable slippers are also of good quality, thick bottoms are soft, and the details are in place. There is also a drying area, which is also separated from wet and dry. Hot water is also fast, this accommodation experience is very good, I will recommend friends to stay in the future 😁😁😁"
