They were very proactive with offering help and advice for everything and accommodating us. The view from the hotel is breathtaking , you can see the mountains and city of Guilin from the rooms and from their lobby on the 13th floor or the terrace. The hotel feels like brand new and it’s very clean and fully equipped, also the pillows and mattress were very comfortable which was a relief since I have a back issue. Location very convinient. Overall i can certainly say, it elevated our experience for our vacation in Guilin and I would certainly recommend it."
