Yitiaoyu~annaFirst off, I have to praise the location: it's right in the heart of the Ten-Mile Gallery, just a 2-minute walk to Wanjing Pier. The shuttle bus service makes getting around incredibly convenient!
If you're driving, you can park directly at the hotel. The guesthouse amenities are absolutely top-notch.
The afternoon tea and Zhuang cultural experiences were superb! I tried oil tea and handmade embroidered balls – it was incredibly rewarding. Plus, they offer a one-stop shop for travel photography.
The rooms feature large panoramic bay windows, so you can lie in bed and enjoy direct views of the green mountains.
The rooftop infinity pool, complete with flamingo floats, is perfect for stunning sunset photos.
The next morning's breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options. The service was attentive to every detail. After breakfast, I just relaxed and enjoyed the scenery.

Guest UserThis hotel's design truly prioritizes guest comfort, with thoughtful, customer-centric service details evident everywhere – which is fantastic. For example, there's a spacious independent drying area, plus a shoe washer and dryer. When my child's shoes got dirty, the staff kindly helped wash, dry, and hang them, so they were ready to wear when we returned from our outing. The hotel's location is also great; it's not far from West Street by foot, but it's still quiet. It's best to pre-book taxis as it can get quite congested during peak hours. The rooftop offers a very pleasant view, and the Pushi restaurant downstairs has a good variety of dishes and quality food. Overall, it's definitely worth another visit!

Tianmingfeizi0The hygiene was excellent; even the tiles in the hallway were spotless, and the public areas were very clean, with staff cleaning early in the morning.
The overall environment was quite good, nestled against the mountains, offering a serene atmosphere. However, the appearance of the residential houses outside the hotel somewhat lowered the overall standard.
What I most want to complain about is the service. When we checked in, we were told the highest floor wasn't ready yet, so we went out. No one informed us when the room was ready, so we ended up staying on a lower floor when we returned. A butler contacted us in advance to inquire about our itinerary, offer suggestions, and claim they had discounted tickets for performances. However, after checking prices through other channels, we found theirs to be more expensive and politely declined. The butler then became passive-aggressive, which was very uncomfortable. The next morning, the rice noodle stall at breakfast was utterly chaotic; whoever showed up got the noodles. The breakfast greetings also felt abrupt and robotic; it would be better to just cancel them. Regarding the cormorant show in the morning, animal performances are already a sensitive topic, and the staff treated the animals very roughly, grabbing them by the neck and throwing them. With so many children watching, whose concepts and behaviors are still developing, this could easily lead them to imitate such actions and be misguided.
The large lawn had various facilities and activities, including individual rooms with TVs to watch the World Cup, which was a highlight. The main downside is the remote location and poor transportation facilities, making it inconvenient to go anywhere for dining or sightseeing.

Guest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at LSU Hotel.
Without a doubt, the main highlight was the breathtaking view. We took a pampering room with a bathtub and a revolving bed, which was great, large, and spacious. The pool was excellent, with warm water and an amazingly beautiful view. The staff was attentive and helped with any issue that came up.
The only thing I would like to point out is the food options at the hotel and in the surrounding area in general. Considering the price I paid for 3 nights, I would have expected very high-level food, but that was not the case. Breakfast was nice but nothing beyond that, and very repetitive. I would have expected at least an omelet station or a bit more variety.
In addition, since the hotel is a bit far from the center, there aren’t many dining options in the evening nearby. We ate dinner one night at the hotel restaurant, and it was one of the least enjoyable meals we had on our trip. The selection was limited, and what we ordered was not to our taste at all.
Other than that, there is no doubt I will remember this vacation forever, as my partner and I got engaged during our photoshoot there!
Thank you to the hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Rihanna000Staying here felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese landscape painting, and the 270-degree panoramic view was absolutely breathtaking! The cantilevered hot spring was perfect for soaking away all my fatigue, the service was attentive, and it was a fantastic spot for photos. There's no need to think about anything here; just spending the whole day relaxing is the ultimate vacation. The hotel also offers a complimentary travel photoshoot, which turned out great, and the photographer was excellent. Highly recommend!

Guest UserWe spent our vacation with our family and were absolutely delighted 😍 We especially liked the pool: there are comfortable sofas and tables around it, you can order drinks and food without leaving the water, and just relax. The pool offers an incredibly beautiful view of the mountains — that’s a separate pleasure ⛰️
Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful view. The bathroom is large and has all the necessary amenities: a freestanding bathtub, a separate shower, and a toilet. The minibar was replenished every day. All our requests during the stay were handled very quickly👌
The breakfasts are good, they’re more like European ones — that’s a big plus for foreign tourists. The hotel restaurant is delicious, and the selection of dishes is extensive.
There’s a children’s room and two pools for kids, where our children spent the whole day. The hotel is perfect for a family holiday.
We recommend it and would be happy to come back again!☺️☀️

DD.henryFacilities: Very good, the mattress is super comfortable to sleep on, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, plus there's a bathtub! It's not a cheap tub either; you can tell they chose good quality. Most of the room facilities are great.
Cleanliness: As soon as you enter the room, it feels very fresh, no strange odors, and the aromatherapy scent is lovely, giving a very comfortable feeling.
Environment: The hotel is just a few dozen meters from West Street, and crucially, it's next to the pedestrian street, yet there's absolutely no noise from inside the hotel. West Street is in front, and the river is out the back, making evening strolls very pleasant. The guesthouse lobby also has a great design, perfect for photos. It's very quiet at night for sleeping, and you can even watch the sunrise and enjoy the scenery from the terrace. It's basically one of the tallest buildings on West Street.
Overall, I'd give this guesthouse a top-tier rating.

Anonymous UserThis is the most satisfying Zen-style hotel I've stayed at in Yangshuo! Nestled by mountains and rivers, it offers stunning, immersive views directly facing the Yulong River and its picturesque peaks. Looking out at the lotus pond is incredibly refreshing and perfect for photos! The room was clean and elegant, with a comfortable and serene Zen-inspired decor. The facilities were complete, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, and breakfast was nutritious and fresh. The hotel boasts a swimming pool, a scenic tea room, and even wellness experience programs. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the bustle, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Yangshuo!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is decent, and the greenery is excellent, being very close to the Li River. However, room cleaning was very slow; by almost 2 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. They also didn't provide water unless explicitly asked. Food delivery was handled by a robot, but the delivery person wrote down the wrong room number, and someone in another room, who clearly wasn't paying attention, took it and ate it! When I called concierge, they actually blamed the delivery person and said they couldn't help, nor would they let the delivery person come up to find it. Luckily, lobby manager Xiao Chen helped me sort it out, and I finally got to eat dinner after 8 PM – it was really frustrating. The hotel's children's play area was very hidden; I only found out where it was after checking out, and there weren't many activities. Overall, there seemed to be a shortage of staff, but Auntie Wan, who watered the lawn, was wonderful. She even offered to spray insect repellent for guests, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

Guest UserI came here with my friends during the summer holiday, specifically for their restaurant which is on the must-try list. While waiting for a table, we found out they also have guest rooms. Hotel guests get a 10% discount and priority seating, so after seeing the rooms, we decisively booked one. Honestly, both their restaurant and guest rooms are excellent. The summer prices were also very reasonable, and the staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. It was our first time in Yangshuo, and they even recommended some fun attractions. The hotel can also book tickets for various scenic spots, so it felt like we didn't really need to plan our route much as they had everything sorted for us. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my family next time. It's very close to the riverside and West Street, both within walking distance. The main thing is, their restaurant is truly amazing! Don't miss it if you come to Yangshuo!
