Out of the five hotels we stayed at in China, this one was by far the best: spotlessly clean, with exceptionally helpful staff and clear communication, a perfect central location, and an owner who personally helped us arrange a cruise to Yangshuo. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time we’re in Guilin.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in China. It is obviously super modern, and everything works perfectly including the self flushing toilet, the shower drainage and the dynamic air conditioning system. Bed was very comfortable and I had plenty of space even in the smallest room. However where this hotel really shined was their amazing hospitality. I contacted the desk in advance on WeChat and they booked me very cheap last minute tickets for the Guilin-Yangshuo cruise, half the price as online. I also needed to do laundry so immediately a colleague came and helped me to use the free machine and then as it was 7pm he offered to help me hang them quickly so they got some time in the sun before my early morning departure. The hotel then themselves offered to collect my clothes from the drying rack and brought them to my room at 7am to save me time in the morning! Never encountered this level of hospitality anywhere else, and I would definitely recommend this to any tourist (foreigner or local) choosing to stay in Guilin!! Thanks so much

Super cute room with all digital voice control assistance. Spacious room with greenery decoration. Air con super strong. The hugh screen is very nice!
