We had an fantastic stay here! The staff was amazing: very kind, friendly and very helpful!
The room and the amenities were great, we stayed in a family room with 4 persons.
The breakfast and afternoon tea with snacks and fruit were absolutely great as well.
I will absolutely recommend to stay here!

The hotel is in the heart of the city , right next to the Zhengyang Pedestrian Street.
Also walking distance to the elephant trunk hill and
Jingjiang Princes' Palace.
Very convenient.
The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable with both coffee and Chinese tea available.
I would like to compliment all the staff who served us during our two separate day’s stay.
They were so friendly and helpful.
They arranged the tea to be served in our room when we returned to hotel at night as it was inclusive in our package.
The heartwarming part was when we had to check out very early to catch the train they asked us to pick up some food from the breakfast buffet to take with us.
I would like to especially thank 小燕， 媚媚，and 娜娜for making our trip memorable.
We will certainly come back if we return to Guilin in the near future.

Room was big enough for all 4 of us. Very clean and great location. Sound insulation wasn’t the best but it was acceptable.
Service was great too - they provided recommendations for us on WeChat and was fast with their replies.
Breakfast had a wide array of options from Chinese to western.
Great stay overall!

Amazing hotel with best hospitality. Really premium quality! Delicious breakfast, staff help with booking 4 stars Li River Cruise. Swimming pool with gorgeous view. Good location! Strongly recommended!

We had an amazing time at the hotel! It is exactly like the pictures, very clean and the staff were extremely nice and helpful!
The breakfast didn’t have so much western cuisine options but it was enough for us.

The room was super spacious with fabulous views and everything was very clean, with daily room cleaning. The breakfast was extensive and decent quality. Only slight letdown would be the gym/fitness centre which was a box room with two treadmills with AC that didn’t really work. But the infinity plunge pool outside helped to cool down after a workout.
The main highlights were:
1. The location - super convenient for the main sights but still quiet at nighttime.
2. The staff - so friendly and helpful, helped us book a Li River tour for a good price and were just generally very welcoming and supportive throughout the stay
