We had an excellent time at the resort. I want to specifically commend Sierra Jiang (蒋偲偲), her colleague 马秋玲 and her colleagues at the resort concierge (礼宾部) for their exemplar service. They made great efforts to ensure our time at the resort was a very enjoyable one.

My partner and I recently stayed at Steigenberger Guilin, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers a luxurious ambiance with beautifully appointed rooms and stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. The service was impeccable, and the on-site dining options were top-notch. Its location is perfect for exploring Guilin’s scenic spots. Overall, a fantastic choice for a romantic getaway.

This was by far one of the most gorgeous resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Every single design detail is well-thought of, with customer satisfaction in mind. The view is gorgeous, the walking/jogging trails are flawless, we were speechless. Everything very new and very clean. Staff is polite and always smiling. Truly 5 star. The only downside is that it is 1-2 hr away from attractions & train stations.

Breathtaking place to stay in majestic surroundings. We came during a quieter period but it meant we had the whole place to ourselves. Great breakfast selection. Would consider coming back again when we’re next in Guilin or better yet when temperatures cool down. Jacky (the manager) was really friendly and went out of his way to help us.

hotel was upgraded to Song hotel (6 star). Location is average, because nothing is around.
Rooms were awesome but not room cleaning due to covid. Also, no new towels, coffee etc. on a Daily Basis.
At new years eve we came back home at 1am and there was nobody at reception desk anymore and we had to walk 1,5 Kilometer to our room.
Breakfast room was really cold and we had to wear a winter jacked.

The overall feeling is very good
The hotel environment is very beautiful, the buildings and the landscape complement each other, and it is very photogenic.
The service staff is very nice, especially Xiao Liu and Xiao Lin at the front desk, who are super warm and considerate.
The only shortcoming is that probably due to the epidemic, there are almost no shops in the Sunac Park Commercial Street supporting the hotel, and the facilities in the park are also relatively ordinary, and the playability is not strong.

The room was very clean. We upgraded to a lake view. The view was beautiful. There was a free shuttle bus to Sunac Land, which was very convenient. It was a rainy season, but thanks to the hotel's view and weekend activities such as singing, dancing and fireworks, we were not bored at all.
