This is an honest review! I am so glad I booked this hotel, from 5 years my dream was to visit Guilin and the most important thing and the highlight of my trip was this hotel! AMAZING is a little word to describe how fantastic my stay was! First the hotel is very clean. The view and the scenery is fantastic it’s so dreamy. Food is great. Location is also great easy to go to the downtown and sightseeing by taxi 20 mins and far away from the crowd and more into the hills. Price is amazing too. Last but not least the staff is what makes everything perfect in this hotel. Friendliness 10/10 Helpful 10/10 Going extra miles 10/10 Politeness 10/10 Service speed 10/10 Always smiling always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was clean and soft, and the quality of sleep was good. The facilities are complete, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. can be used normally, the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom are also very stable, and the quality of toiletries is acceptable. The sound insulation effect is better and there is no noise interference at night. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is good. Overall, the price is very high, the service and environment are satisfactory, and I will consider choosing this hotel next time I travel.

This five-day, four-night trip to Guilin was very pleasant. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Thanks to the front desk for upgrading the lake view room for free. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and we really appreciated the coffee they prepared for us every morning! The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but it is worth it to feel such a beautiful and peaceful environment!

We had a wonderful stay at Baiyue Hotel in Guilin! From the moment we walked in, the grand lobby entrance made a beautiful first impression. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready with helpful recommendations and a smile. The location is very convenient, yet the hotel sits slightly tucked away from the main road, which was perfect for us traveling with two toddlers—safe, quiet, and easy to access. Parking was a breeze with plenty of space right out front. Little supermarket AND Shanghai dumping place opens 24 hours a day RIGHT CROSS THE STREET! We stayed in the family suite and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, especially the bathrooms, which made things so much easier with little ones. One of the best perks was the free washer and dryers available to guests. The laundry room is secured by room keys, which felt safe and private. There’s a fantastic Cantonese restaurant directly connected to the hotel—so convenient and delicious! We especially enjoyed the dim sum and dinner options. There’s also a great little coffee spot downstairs that makes great latte! All in all, Baiyue Hotel is totally worth the money we paid. Highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Guilin!
