This is an honest review! I am so glad I booked this hotel, from 5 years my dream was to visit Guilin and the most important thing and the highlight of my trip was this hotel! AMAZING is a little word to describe how fantastic my stay was! First the hotel is very clean. The view and the scenery is fantastic it’s so dreamy. Food is great. Location is also great easy to go to the downtown and sightseeing by taxi 20 mins and far away from the crowd and more into the hills. Price is amazing too. Last but not least the staff is what makes everything perfect in this hotel. I came to Guilin with my family for a trip. A local friend recommended this hotel to me. I found it was a treasure to stay in this hotel. The distance to the scenic spot was just right. The hotel facilities were complete. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The most praiseworthy thing was the service attitude. It is indeed an international hotel. 💕 There is a children's playground on the third floor. A large outdoor swimming pool. It is very suitable for family travel. The location is also very convenient. 1️⃣It is a 10-minute walk to the Seven-Star Wanda Plaza. 2️⃣It is a 5-minute ride to Chuanshan Park. 3️⃣It is a 10-minute taxi/drive to Elephant Trunk Hill. 4️⃣Parking is convenient, and the hotel has more than 200 indoor and outdoor parking spaces. Friends who come to Guilin must not miss this hotel!

The environment is good, the sanitation is clean, the waiter's attitude is also very good, there are good night porridge and fruit, and the room type is upgraded for free, and souvenirs are given. The hotel's attentiveness can be seen in the small details. There are many varieties of breakfast and it is delicious. What I like most is that the hotel rooms are non-smoking and there is no smell of smoke, which is very satisfactory.

It is 600 meters away from the diversion of the Li River, about 10 minutes by car to Duxiu Peak Jingjiang Palace and Dongxixiang Pedestrian Street, one kilometer walk to the Sun and Moon Twin Towers, and more than three kilometers to the Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area. The overall experience is very comfortable, and I will choose to stay next time!

On the first day of check-in, they asked me to check the hygiene and clean up any areas that were not clean. There was a waiter there when I entered the room. The room on the second floor was right next to the kitchen. It was very noisy when the stove was cooking in the morning. Didn't the front desk know this when they checked us in? It's very noisy. The next night, I parked my car in front of the hotel. The person in charge of parking at the hotel told me directly to park underground, saying that it was not the hotel's. I was really confused. Whose car was parked upstairs? It was parked fine on the first day, but there was no sign where the underground was. The attitude was really bad. I have stayed in so many hotels, but I have never seen such service. It is really bad.

As a member of Vienna for 6 years, I feel that my membership card is of no use at all! You can book a room anywhere before and provide your membership card number to get breakfast! Now you have to book a room at Jinjiang Hotel to get breakfast. It costs 260 yuan for Ctrip and 420 yuan for Jinjiang Hotel. It seems that you can’t go wrong for breakfast, right? Also, the front desk didn’t know what it meant. No matter how I checked the three members’ mobile phone numbers, they said they didn’t exist. I was confused. How come you don’t have any members after using it for 6 years? Later, I checked again and found that when I logged in to Jinjiang Club on my mobile phone, I was already a member. Did you do this on purpose? Can't you understand what I said about my mobile phone number? If you don’t understand one number, did you understand all three numbers correctly? A very poor service! He is very enthusiastic and patient to take me upstairs to see the room, and also recommends choosing a better floor room type. The hotel scenery is also good.
