The bed was very comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Breakfast was stellar and definitely worth eating every day. I will say the staff was a little overbearing when you come in every day. It got to be a bit much when I was just trying to get to my room and they kept asking me questions. Like are you checking in today? Would you like a spa? And I would have to say no it’s my second day here. Really don’t need that much attention every time I come in.  Also please don’t ask for five star reviews upon check out. It’s really a turn off and makes me second-guess the whole reviewing process when the hotel is asking you to give them five stars when a proper assessment is always beneficial to both the hotel and guests. 

We were lucky to book this cost-effective B&B on our way back! The lady boss was super nice. When we checked in, we happened to see them having a barbecue. She warmly invited us to eat with her and even sent a delicious birthday cake to our room for the child. They proactively communicated with us and changed us to a quiet room with sufficient heating. They also introduced us to a restaurant that was delicious and affordable. They were very thoughtful! The bed in the room is very big, and the pillows seem to have been carefully selected, so I slept very comfortably at night. The hygiene is also quite good. Whether it is bed sheets, quilt covers or bath towels, you can see that they have been carefully cleaned and disinfected, so you can feel very safe staying here. This B&B that is run with such care deserves a big thumbs up from the proprietress. I will come again next time I have the chance!

The location of the hotel is great. It's right away from the Guilin North High-speed Railway Station. It doesn't even take five minutes to walk. I went to Yangshuo during my trip and it was so convenient to take the high-speed rail and save the cost of taking a taxi. There are also many shared electric vehicles nearby. It is very convenient whether you are going to nearby places or traveling by high-speed rail. There are many small restaurants downstairs, which is convenient for eating, and the rooms are also very clean. The best part of the experience is that the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a panoramic room for free, and the view is super nice! ! Although the trip had to end early due to weather conditions, I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Guilin😘

I want to complain about this hotel. I chose your hotel purely because I saw your hotel’s new opening and thought the facilities would be relatively new and the interior should be cleaner. I couldn't understand it anyway. I was not happy from the time I checked in. First, when I booked a room on Ctrip, it showed that the hotel could upgrade my room type for free based on the check-in situation ( It’s one of my perks on Ctrip). I asked the front desk, and the front desk said that I had booked the best room. Well... people are good at deceiving people. I don’t know what level I booked myself? Anyway, I didn't say anything at the time and nodded, but I wasn't satisfied with telling lies, and the customer wasn't stupid either. In addition, I specially booked breakfast, but I went to the front desk and told me that the chefs and other people had to take a break after the National Day peak period, so breakfast had to be selected that night and I had to tell the hotel what time to eat it. So what should I do? Do you know what time I can get up? I am here to travel, and shouldn’t the service industry provide good service? This is also the first time that I have encountered the situation where the chef has to settle for second best breakfast. I am here for tourism and not for business...and the list I was shown had very few choices for breakfast, and most of them were pasta ( I am losing weight and don’t eat much pasta), so I chose to cancel breakfast. The front desk asked me to cancel the room and rebook it without breakfast, which also delayed a little time. Then I finally got to the room. The smell as soon as I entered was like the smell of decoration or furniture. I couldn't stand it. When I opened the quilt to see if the sheets and quilt were clean, a big spider appeared. Under the quilt (I felt collapsed at that moment), and then when I went to the toilet, the toilet automatically sensed and opened the toilet lid automatically. I saw a big-headed fly in the toilet water inside (I don’t know whether it was dead or alive, Chapter 1 (cannot be seen at a glance), and then there were many thin and short unknown objects at the bottom of the toilet water. I didn’t know what they were at first, so I squatted there and looked at them for a long time. They were squirming. They were maggots. I was really drunk. I'm so sorry for this hotel...I suppressed my temper. I wanted to call the front desk, but found that there was no phone in the room. There was no phone in the room, haha. Then I looked for the hotel's phone number online and used my own. I dialed the front desk number with my mobile phone. It was my own phone. The front desk said that she couldn't leave alone, so they arranged for a colleague to come up. The young man came up to see me and asked me to change my room. Later, the room was changed and it was a new one. The smell of the room was much smaller, but when I was about to go to bed, I found a big bed bug on the curtain. Alas... to be honest, I was not in a good mood at first, and I was very disgusted when I encountered all kinds of unsatisfactory hotel stays. , I am a very demanding person when it comes to accommodation. The software and hardware must be OK, and the most important thing is clean. However, this hotel is so disappointing. I feel like the good reviews need to be considered!

Traveling to Guilin by car, the hotel has free parking and ample parking spaces. The hotel's service attitude is very good and welcoming, and the lobby is very spacious. There is a free laundry room and gym on the eighth floor of the hotel. It also provides laundry service, which is very convenient. The room facilities are well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable and clean, the memory pillows are particularly comfortable, and the hotel breakfast is also very good and rich in variety. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Guilin.

It was a very nice hotel, the room was spacious and bright, the bed was comfortable, so I could enjoy a good sleep. The geographical environment is very good, the transportation is very convenient, there are many special snacks around, the hotel style decoration is simple and generous, during the stay, the hotel staff is very good, the experience is very good, it is recommended

Hotel location is really convenient and it’s a new hotel. Room is super clean and you’ll get all the amenities required. Hotel staff was really helpful and we could communicate via WeChat through out our stay. On top of that there is a laundry room onsite which we used. Also, we received a food basket as a welcome gift and goodie pack as well when we check out. I’ll definitely comeback to this hotel and highly recommended for everyone.

Because we are taking the high-speed train at night So I chose to stay near Guilin North Station. Thought it was very close But it still takes 20 minutes to walk Dragging suitcases is tiring I saw there is a station pick-up Unexpectedly, it was said at 11:30 that the master was off work. I blame me for not paying attention It’s difficult to hail a taxi in Guilin at night I waited for a long time and no one took my order. The room is small but the price is right But the overall facilities are still very good The front desk service is also very good As an option for short stays at night It is cost-effective to choose it

The hotel service is relatively friendly and travel is very convenient. You can reach the hotel within a few minutes' walk from the high-speed rail station! The fried noodles in the hotel are also delicious😋The room looks very clean, there is a supermarket and KFC next to it, the price/performance ratio is too high, highly recommended!

I am the guest of 1103. First of all, the lady who helped check in on the afternoon of the 4th had a very good service attitude, was very warm and gentle, and was very considerate to upgrade the room type and gave me two dinner coupons, which was great! The room was also relatively clean. I missed breakfast time because I couldn't get up the next day, so I didn't have it, which was a bit regretful. The TV in the room can also be projected on the phone, which is really cool to watch TV series. The room is still very good. I went out with friends. The first night was not bad, so I stayed for two more nights. I will come again next time if I have the chance.
