Guiyang is surprisingly large, and the hotel is quite a distance from the highway exit. However, the surrounding area is pleasant, offering a wide array of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The hotel provides a dedicated underground parking garage, which is both secure and convenient. The front desk staff provided excellent service – they were patient and meticulous. Room facilities and furnishings were fairly basic. Breakfast was alright. The hotel's gym isn't exclusive to guests; it's open to the public, so it can get quite crowded and busy. Nevertheless, the equipment is comprehensive and well-maintained. Food recommendation: Head right out of the hotel for about 500 meters, and you'll find a restaurant called 'Pang Douya Fresh Fried Beef'. It's delicious, great value, and offers a rich variety of dishes.
