Comfortable hotel room and friendly staff. The buffet could probably have a little more variety. The location is convenient it's central and easy from the airport.

It was my first trip to Guiyang with my parents, and everyone was very satisfied. Kevin and Cindy at the front desk were attentive and enthusiastic, and took the initiative to ask about their experience during check-out. The check-out time can be extended to 2 p.m., so you can better arrange your itinerary and rest. It's a pity that I arrived too late and didn't enjoy the snacks in the executive lounge. However, Xiao Ao from the executive lounge recommended the glasses hot pot next door to the hotel. It was very delicious and the whole family was very happy. Although the hotel has been open for a long time, the overall maintenance is very good. The connecting rooms for families are very convenient and suitable for traveling with elders. The location is also very good, and it is very convenient to go to attractions and snack streets. If I have the opportunity to come to Guiyang in the future, I will choose Kempinski Hotel again. A small comment is that I hope there can be a holder for mobile phones and small items in the bathroom. Everything else is fine~

My judgment: - just 2 staffs I met with acceptable English - breakfast very poor: no cold cut, , no cheese, quality of food in best case 2nd class, no fish, therefore a lot of watery vegetables - no heating in the lobby and lobby lounge no heating at breakfast, guests were eating in thick winter garments (temperatures in the morning close to 0°C) - room cleaning not sufficient - defect water tap Never ever again! This is said to be a 5star hotel. Even not 4 stars...!

Overall, the hotel offers good value for the money. The lighting is very confusing and too dim. Takes quite some time to turn on or off a certain lamp. The location is near He Bin Park subway station. Can't say the location is best. Yet not that far away from important places like the Indian restaurant Namo or the Japanese buffet restaurant Shan Xun. The staff, especially the housekeeping staff, were courteous and friendly. The room was warm. It quite suited my needs.

The handsome guy and beautiful woman Xiaoxue at the front desk were very polite and the check-in was very efficient. It only took two or three minutes to complete! It is automated, has a microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, coffee machine, a large desk and wardrobe, a corner of the sofa, and a very comfortable bed. It is really suitable for a long-term stay! The breakfast is especially rich, delicious and attentive. It is the first time I have seen fried cowboy for breakfast. Bones, fish fillets and pickled pork with pickles are all very delicious! Good location, friendly and professional staff, good breakfast. The only problem is that windows didn't close well so it can be noisy in the street. But I would definitely go back.

Front counter staffs very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good mix with local dishes with few pastry , of course coffees are available. Location is reasonably good can access with taxi n Didi. The old is no dressing table n luggage stand.

A small suggestion here: compared with the efficient service of the service staff, the decoration of the hotel is not very matching in details. As shown in the picture below, the door handle of the bathroom is obviously biased. This situation is also seen in the bathroom glass door, and also lack the necessary damping feeling, resulting in the door originally opened inward, when the door is closed, the door gap position, the installation of the partition bar is easy to be broken, resulting in the door become open outward. The rusting degree of lotus leaves is different. The degree of loosening of the fixed screws is inconsistent in the installation, and there are gaps in some. The rust degree of the screws is also significantly different. I personally feel that the decoration is not very strict in quality control. If it can be improved, it is the best.

A well located hotel with a lot shopping malls and restaurants around . Hotel staff and receptionists are very warm hearted and friendly. Amenities here are basic with simple design . Overall a comfortable and peaceful stay here .
