When checking in, there is tea. The front desk said that I had been upgraded to an executive king room. The room was indeed larger, but the facilities were average and there was no small refrigerator. The tea box is a bit tasteless. The location shares the same building with the All Seasons Hotel, and the elevators are used separately. The takeout ordered at noon was not delivered in time by the robot. If the robot was busy, I hope to inform the customer in time. The proactive service awareness can be further strengthened. My boyfriend is sick and has a fever and is resting in the hotel. I was too busy buying specialties and didn’t take any photos, so I’ll attach a few photos of Guizhou scenery.

地點不方便，與紅星美凱龍在一起，除了幾家便利店，周邊沒有其它生活設施，有一個不近不遠地鐵站。停車場在-3層，首次進去出來都要費點勁找口子走錯好幾次。-3層電梯廳與垃圾站一起，那個味道真是一言難盡。1725房間，淋浴龍頭忽冷忽熱，冷的程度可以讓人打冷顫，第二天換了1723，試的時候還好，晚上洗澡還是一樣，就是冷的時候沒那麼冷了，勉強可以堅持。再次投訴酒店讓工人來修理，説沒啥問題，叫我水温不要調太高水也不要調太大。酒店工作人員的服務態度都還挺好的，早餐也過得去，這幾天腸胃不舒服，晚上有粥品供應，挺好的。

首先我要由衷的感謝這家酒店，因為這家亞朵酒店我愛上了貴陽這座城市。從服務來説，這家酒店前台工作人員的素養和熱情超越了我所入住的其他家五星級酒店的服務。我家寶寶比較調皮在我不注意的時候不知道什麼時候跑不見了，我非常焦急聯繫了前台工作人員請求幫助，酒店的經理哥哥非常專業的問了我關鍵訊息就去調監控，迅速幾分鐘內查到了我家寶寶自己跑進了消防通道里不知道怎麼出來，小哥哥立馬跑上跑下的幫我把小朋友“解救”出來，並且滿頭大汗的他又隨後幫我送了一盒滿滿零食的禮品盒和玩具蹲在地上幫我安撫小朋友的情緒，非常感動工作人員的行為給我提供的幫助還細心的為我孩子的情緒考慮周到，這一刻讓我充滿了舒適與安心，我不知道怎麼表達我對亞朵酒店的感謝，訓練有素的團隊離不開用心的管理。整個體驗下來它不僅僅是提供了一個住宿的場所，更是打造了一個充滿温暖和關懷的家，以後我會毫不猶豫的像朋友推薦亞朵酒店，因為我相信他們在這裏也一定能感受到同樣的美好和温馨，期待下一次的相遇，我相信這家酒店會一直保持這樣的高水準服務，為更多客人帶來難忘的體驗。

跟全季是一棟樓裏，但是跟全季一樣都有專用電梯刷卡上，兩部梯，能直通車庫。前台很細心，入住前還專門打電話通知，酒店環境大家都知道的，各個設計都合理，衞生也不錯，對面是學校，很安靜，離油榨街早市也衹有幾百米，下次我還會選擇

非常滿意的一次入住。從還沒到酒店，工作員就暖心的電話關懷有沒有開車告知如何停車，一進大堂就聞到了那熟悉的亞朵香氛味，特別喜歡它家桌上的花和裝飾，好有氛圍感很有年味，一點一滴都很用心，辦理入住特別高效和友好，奉上一杯茶等候辦理，他們的竹居的書也特別豐富推薦借閲，喜歡這項每個城市亞朵都可以歸還的服務。正好我們辦理的時候趕上深夜粥道，印象比較深的是這家比我在其家亞朵的粥道更周到，中途遇上了前台小夥伴來巡視特意從廚房給我又添加了我最喜歡的肉鬆，禮貌的和我問好關切，聽到我是來旅遊的給我發了他們自己做的美食遊玩攻略，比其他家亞朵更有温度。進房間以後一股暖風襲來我的房間提前打開了空調真的很暖心，桌上還擺放了寫上我名字的歡迎卡片非常用心，半夜我想洗衣服特別不好意思的拜託了前台幫我留意一下洗衣房，後面發現他們主動的給我拿了上來。周圍的酒店我都有入住過但是這家亞朵是我最喜歡的，是周圍酒店不能比的，它的好體現在每一個小細節，前台服務和專業比其他家好太多太多，這種熱情不是應付工作而是真心為客人考慮。這次入住讓我最感動的是前台的工作人員，因為我腸胃炎犯了但是又要趕飛機託運行李，在不知道怎麼辦的時候，前廳的夥伴熱忱真摯的上來幫我收行李，主動的提出幫助幫我把行李開車送到機場辦理託運，等我有所緩解到達機場他已經給我辦理好業務拿着登機牌等我，非常感謝這家亞朵酒店給我提供的幫助，原來總有亞朵更有亞朵之味，這家亞朵的前台工作人員就給我創造了比其他城市更有温度的體驗，我想這就是我喜歡亞朵的原因吧。
