特別好。本人一個人外出旅遊，住的voco，因為臨時身體不適提前結束旅程。全程酒店工作人員都在努力為我服務，還找來會中文的經理幫我，温暖而貼心，提前結束也全額給我退了房費。整個過程非常感動，十分感謝voco酒店的工作人員，下次去布里斯本一定還住voco。再次感謝🙏祝生意興隆！

Overall a good experience, a bit overpriced for a 4-star hotel though.
No black out curtains, light leaking in from the street and lots of LEDs at night in the room make for worse sleep.
30 days on return of security deposit made by international card is ridiculous.
Would recommend a QUALITATIVELY different experience in nearby hotels for a slightly higher price.
