The hotel staff are v friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are superb. Hotel is also v spacious and my room view is amazing. It's on 10min walk to gyeongju world. I will definitely come back again if I can.

I booked 2 queen beds but when I got to the hotel, they gave me a double room and when I asked why they gave me a double room instead of a queen bed they said that their hotel only has double rooms and that they would request a change from Trip.com so I am dissatisfied with the hotel service. Why did Trip.com make me book 2 queen beds and charge me a higher rate than a double room? I would like to request a partial refund of the double room price. If the hotel is sorry, change the mountain view to a river view or provide other services and customers who paid a higher rate than a double room are dissatisfied. This is the first time I have stayed at a 5-star hotel with a low ceiling. There is no mirror in the room and the small mirror is not fixed. There is no convenience store, and the store opens at 9 and the coffee shop opens at 10 If you don't eat breakfast, you should bring snacks. The dinner buffet was so-so and all services close at 11, so I highly recommend it for family trips. There is no karaoke room and it is a quiet hotel, but it was noisy because it was not soundproof. I would give it a score of 3 out of 5.

Because it is an old hotel, it has an inevitable old feel. I stayed in an ondol room because I had a baby, but it was disappointing that I couldn't control the temperature myself. It was warm and there was no draft. The parking space in front of the front gate was small and a bit inconvenient. All night long, I could hear the baby crying in the room next door... Booked a deluxe king-size bed room. The room and bathroom are very big. It is a two-minute walk from the long-distance bus station and the bus terminal. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries nearby. You can take bus 10 or 11 to go to the attractions, but I recommend City Trip for a one-day tour. The bus stop is right at the door, which is very convenient. The downside is that you need to bring a conversion plug or ask the hotel to borrow one.

Since it was the off-season, the pool and sauna were not open, so there was nothing to enjoy, but I had a quiet time. I got a discount on breakfast the day before, so I ate it for 18,000 won, but if there was a restaurant nearby that opened in the morning, I wouldn't have used it. The room was nice because I could enjoy the ocean view from the bathroom, and I could see the sunrise from the room and terrace, which was nice.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is very spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near HICO which is really convenient to get to the convention center.

Unfortunately, I couldn't take a picture. The owner's wife is always really friendly and the room is really nice! I visited this place on a business trip and it was such a good place that I booked it again. I wanted a room with a massage chair because I was driving long distances, but I was disappointed that the room didn't have one. Since it's a hot spring water, I can stay well without my skin turning haha. I made a reservation for 2 nights, but after 1 night, I came to see the schedule and they even cleaned it!! I had a really good rest haha. I have 1000% intention to visit again!

What on earth should I say about the room condition that is worse than that of an average motel? I wonder if the cheap smell of shampoo and body lotion really lives up to the reputation of this hotel, which is said to be quite large and good in Gyeongju. The bed mattress bounced like a bouncy ball every time I moved my body, and the springs on the mattress were partially gone. In addition, the bed frame seemed like it would break if I applied even a little force, and it was so old that I couldn't tell when it was made. The table and chairs were also a mess. In particular, the chair had no cushion at all and was completely sunken. The charging cord didn't even work, but I think it's just a show. If they can't do a major remodel, I hope they at least change the bed and furniture. If I go to Gyeongju again, I don't think I will stay at this hotel. And I plan on telling people around me to avoid this hotel. If it had been a cheap hotel, I would have thought so, but I'm really upset by the poor facilities, to the point where I feel like I wasted my money.

I stayed one night in a deluxe remodeled room at Kensington Resort. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and nice, but it was difficult because there was so much dust on the sofa and bed towels. When I stood up from sitting on the sofa, my clothes were covered in dust, and when I wiped the towel on the towel after washing my hands, I got something dirty on my hand. There was something buried there. When I rubbed my palms, a lot of invisible white dust came out. It looks like I need to take care of the dust. Please clean the sofa and replace the towels…
