"Casa Mini Hotel is a small, compact guesthouse. A short walk from the express bus stop station and in direct line with the Royal Tombs which can be reached in less than a 10-minute walk. Even though it is fairly clean, I don't recommend it. The double room, which was occupied by me only, was extremely tiny and sparse in furnishing: a bed which measured by far less than a queen-sized, a bed side table, a minifridge, a lined up desk, a TV set, and a stool. Even the bathroom was small. Irrespective my room was on the fourth floor there was no view except for an ambiguous massage and spa motel opposite. When I arrived at the reception there was no one. The staff is on duty and site for a couple of hours from 4pm onwards, when check-in begins. Then no one again until the next morning, just in time for breakfast. And yes, the breakfast, an embarrassing service: orange juice, milk, sliced bread, strawberry jam, butter, sliced tomato and chopped bananas Period. Nothing else. And at the end of breakfast you are also invited to clean up the table and wash the used dishes. An ”attention” which surely makes Casa Mini a student hostel more than a hotel. Important warning: there is no lift. Those they need to get to the fourth floor can only use a goods lift to bring suitcases up and down the stairs. However the lift remains stuck more than once so that it results in another ridiculous, useless service. If the price is less than 25 euros or Koreani Won equivalent that might be fine. Otherwise, just opt for something else."

"Отель расположен достаточно далеко от того что хочется посмотреть. Пешком около 40 минут. На автобусе удобно добираться до автовокзала. Рядом только один магазинчик. Кафе где можно пообедать рядом не нашли. В номере чисто. Кровати вполне удобные. Ванная комната достаточно большая, хотя и не привычно такое расположение душа. Для одной ночи все хорош. Есть место для хранения багажа. Это очень удобно."

"This hotel is newly opened and very clean. There is a buffet breakfast in the morning, including bread, snacks, cereal, milk, coffee, juice and yogurt. You can also make your own sandwiches and cook instant noodles. Hot soup is also provided, which is very good! The female staff at the front desk are very friendly and speak good English. There is also a self-service laundry room on the first floor. You can use it by paying 2,000 won at the front desk. There are washing machines and dryers. It is very quiet and I slept well."

"The accommondation offers a luggage storage in the communal area which is protected via camera. The staff is not available in person throughout the day beside the check-in time. We got a free room upgrade because of our ”long-term” stay. The room was small with two beds and an own bathroom but enough and clean. The mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. The best part was the free basic breakfast (coffee, tea, eggs, toast, butter, yam) and the communal area and kitchen to eat, work and communicate. It´s nearby the bus terminal to reach all parts of Gyeongju including the KTX train station."

"I would highly recommend this hotel for the price & cleanliness. The hotel is simple but conveniently located with 7-11 within 50m and several bus stops within 100m. We were lucky to get level 1 room, so we can easily get the hot water from the dispenser and don't need to drag our luggages up the staircase. The room is very clean, so is the toilet. Bed is hard but conformable. The only pity is lack of a shower screen so the bathroom is always wet after shower. They provide daily housekeeping and daily amenities as well. Check in is a bit confusing (only de 4.30pm-12am) and the WiFi is very weak. But overall a simple and good hotel. 👍"

"Very nice people. Room was ready early, it was clean, well equipped and the area was super close to the temple complex. Walking distance. Food options also nearby. However there is no lift, so request low room if you have heavy bags, very short walk to temple area where you can take some great photos"

"This is my first time traveling to Gyeongju, and I found a place to stay near Hwangridan-gil! The parking lot is large, and I can get to Hwangridan-gil in 5 minutes, so it's great! The room is spacious, the bed is big, and most of all, there's an electric blanket, so I was able to wash up and sleep well after playing! There's a mart, convenience store, and market nearby! I'll go here again when I go to Gyeongju."

"This hotel has a slower check-in time than others. However, I thought I would leave my luggage only, so if I went quite early, I could put it in the room. Thank you very much to the front desk. The room was kept clean, very warm with floor heating, and it was okay without air conditioning. There is a little difficulty in the shower, it is not like a shower curtain, and the toilet, washbasin and shower are the same room, so the toilet is soaked. The drainage of the floor was unexpectedly fast. It feels like a hotel after renovating a former motel, the room was on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator. It may be difficult for those with suitcases. However, at the end of the year, you can stay at a half price of a hotel near this area, and you are generally satisfied based on the location."
