"The hotel is conviniently placed right at the shopping outlets. There is a metro station right outside. The east railway station is also just acrosa the street. Although it is out of the city center being close to the metro was very convinient to get around. The hotel was really nice and clean will definitely consider coming back."

"It's only a dozen yuan by taxi from the high-speed rail station. The hotel is easy to find. There are many restaurants and specialty shops downstairs. The whole street is very lively at night. There are all kinds of barbecue food. The hotel is very clean and the waiters are enthusiastic. I stayed for four days and had a good experience. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the whole house has voice intelligent control. I will choose to stay here again in the future."

"On the day of leaving the hotel, the security guard refused to let me in because there was no parking space. His attitude was very bad and his words hurt me. After a few minutes of my explanation, he agreed to go in. I parked my car at the door of the hotel. When I entered the lobby and went upstairs to pick up my family to prepare to leave the hotel, the waiter took the initiative to greet me. His attitude was very bad. He said in a heavy tone that I couldn't get in without a room card. I suddenly realized that I didn't have a room card. When I walked to the front desk at the elevator door, I wondered if she heard something during the explanation with the security guard just now, and she teamed up with the security guard to not give me a good face and a good attitude. I am also an old customer. I didn't expect that every good review would result in hurting harmony and self-esteem. Then, when providing information at the front desk, she asked me what room number was. When I was in a low mood, I forgot the room number and said two wrong room numbers. After saying the name, the front desk said that there was no such person. During the whole process, the front desk staff didn't look at me straight in the eye. The tone was extremely bad. I felt that there was hatred with her. That face made me see what the other side of human nature is? In my emotional state, I took out my ID card and threw it to her. Her face became much better. She took the room card and said, ”Sir, please get on the elevator this way.” The change in her expression also taught me a lesson. Alas, I was actually planning to leave the hotel after staying for one day. The attitude of the security guard made me half-determined whether to stay or not. The front desk understood my dilemma, and I decided to leave the hotel and later checked into Jinyi Hotel."

"Hotel - excellent location for the Metro. Exit C. Please visit the following - Siashang Street - excellent Buddist shrine and Ancient village. Inner Mongolia Museum - possibly best dinosaurs exhibition on the planet! Also the inner Mongolia art gallery is also exceptional. Many of the smaller museums - not worth the effort. The Mosque is also worth a quick look see. Street food worth tasting - squid. Also try frozen yoghurt cubes are delicious. Prices in Hohhot are very low."

"Can't speak for the facilities/breakfast but very good for the price - bed, shower, AC all good; a couple of minutes walk from the central train station (east station is about 15 minutes in a taxi). If you're just looking for somewhere to have a comfortable night's sleep after a day of sightseeing, you can't go wrong here. Staff had a little bit of trouble with foreign passports since they don't seem to get many overseas visitors but they tried and succeeded."

"It really gave me a great experience! The room is warmly and elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a super good sleep. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and recommended nearby delicacies. The location of the hotel is also very good, with convenient transportation, and it is close to attractions and shopping malls. The breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and delicious. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will stay here again next time I come here. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The last stop in Hohhot! Amazing value! Just a few minutes' walk from East Station, the museum, and the outlet mall. The airport is only a 10-minute drive away. Very clean, and the breakfast is fantastic! Both Western and local specialties are available! And it's affordable!"

"This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now."

"Great hotel! It was a slower weekend when we went, and they are so accommodating, we got to check in as soon as we arrived at 9:50 AM! The breakfast is lovely and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable."
