"This experience really touched me... Before checking in, the service staff thoughtfully asked me if I wanted to prepare a bathing chair for the elderly. I thought about it and asked the hotel staff to prepare it for me! This was indeed a wise decision, allowing me to give my 90-year-old mother-in-law a bath... I am also very grateful to the hotel for providing such a service! There were not many guests staying in the hotel, and the hotel deliberately kept some distance between us and other guests so that we would not disturb each other at all... It was really a pleasure to be able to comfortably overlook the sea on the balcony, drink tea and eat snacks with my family! At 8:30 p.m., the hotel provides happy hour service for all guests. We can listen to the wonderful live singing and share cocktails or other drinks with everyone, which adds extra points to our vacation! I am very happy that we were able to successfully stay at Kenting H Hotel this time. My husband said that this is a hotel that focuses on the guests' experience, which gave us a wonderful accommodation experience on this trip."

"The overall experience is really good, and the CP value is super high! The hotel is in a very convenient location, not far from the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium or Kenting Street, and transportation is quite convenient. The lobby is clean and bright, and the service staff are friendly. Although some of the facilities in the room were not so new, the sea view outside the window made us feel very good when we woke up in the morning. There is also breakfast provided, which is diverse and tastes good. There are many choices for both adults and children. The key point is that I got rewards by booking a room through Trip.com this time. The price was much cheaper than other platforms, which was totally worth it! Next time I come to Kenting, I will still give priority to this one!"

"Overall our stay was great! This was our first time in Taiwan Kenting, we were looking for somewhere easy to go from Macau with nice holiday beach feel.  We used to go to Thailand but we wanted a change this time. Location wise it’s very convenient 2 mins walk to the night market where you have tons of food options, street stalls or restaurants wise. You have couples of 7 elevens, family mart, watsons all you need in case you forget to pack something.  There’s bus station “xiaowan” very convenient for sightseeing if you don’t rent a car. Pretty on time and big coaches very comfortable with AC. In terms of amenities, we thought the hotel could have more beach amenities, beach bar or restaurants would add a huge value for the hotel. Many families would stay all day by the beach if they have bar/restaurant. It was a shame its was closed… Also the sun lounges could be a bit more comfortable simply just add a thin cushions on top. And again would be great to have a bar for quick bite by the pool. Our room was the ground floor ones with Jacuzzi, it was a lovely touch since they don’t have bathtub in the bathroom. The little garden is a great touch for morning meditation. :) We also did a nighttime activity with the hotel by the beach to hunt crabs. It was a great activity and the staff did a great job explaining and helping out. Food wise, we had breakfast buffet in all 5 days, it was a big selection of food but not much variety. We had a lunch by lobby bar… but was not up to our taste unfortunately. There is much better options outside or hotel. Oh and they did a little decoration since it was my bday and offered a cheesecake to the room by a robot :). All in all it was a great experience hopefully they will step up the pool and beach area."

"I haven't been to Youhuo for several years, and I found that the facilities and services are still the same as before, without any regression, which is great. However, during the Chinese New Year when the flu was so prevalent, during breakfast, a lot of people were walking around and picking up food without wearing masks, some were coughing, some were talking, and viruses were flying around in their saliva, which was really horrifying. Although the lockdown has been lifted now, if guests can be encouraged to wear masks when picking up food to ensure hygiene, I think people will feel more at ease to continue staying. Otherwise, people will be scared and dare not go there again. After all, there are so many accommodation options in Kenting, and the quality of the guests is also one of the reference options."

"All facilities and equipment are good. The housekeeping is also clean. The location is good. The only thing is that the breakfast is a bit weak. I will stay again if I have a chance. The price for consecutive holidays is a bit expensive, but it is reasonable. It’s just that the price for children aged 6 is a bit high. It is recommended to stay on weekdays."

"The hygiene of the room needs to be improved, the sheets had blood stains and the quilt was a bit dirty. However, the service staff's attitude was very good and the replacement was immediate. And the most important point is that the transparent door between the room and the bathroom is so obscure that my son’s girlfriend bumped into it twice. And I learned from the service staff that many people hit their heads, but the ointment to reduce swelling was very effective. There are so many people who have hit their heads and why there is still no improvement. It is worth pondering. Overall, the service is perfect and the room environment and facilities are also ok. Hygiene needs to be improved."
