Docklands Hotels with Gym

A fantastic hotel! Both bedrooms and the living room all face the Yarra River, offering unbeatable views. The apartment is very new, and the facilities are great. Most importantly, it's incredibly quiet, making for a super comfortable night's sleep. The service was also excellent. My flight arrived at 6 AM, and I was at the airport. I messaged the hotel, mentioning how cold it was and asking if an early check-in might be possible. To my surprise, they happily replied, saying it was no problem and my room was ready. Thumbs up! 👍 Drawbacks: 1. There aren't many shops nearby. To get to restaurants or a supermarket, you need to take a tram from outside the building to Central Station (which is free). 2. The reception and the apartment are not in the same building, and there are no clear signs, so it took me a while to find it initially.

The front office staff were helpful but there was a new staff that was clueless. On our second night, the electricity stripped all night in our room. The new staff refused to change our room & gave us 3 room cards to stop the electricity from stripping. Unfortunately, none of those room cards worked. It's winter time & we slept in a cold until morning and my sister suffers from a fever while my youngest sister & I suffers from a bad flu. Their techinician Aiden came next morning & resolved the electricity stripping issues. I'm not sure what is their housekeeping schedule but our room was not clean (including mugs, cutleries & pan) & vacuum daily, clean towels on request only. My sister caught the housekeeping staff threw my pillow on the floor which was disgusting so I have to wash my pillow after a tiring day tour. Despite the flaws, I shall continue to stay at this hotel as their front office staff were very helpful & cooperative and a very convenient location.

Location of the property was perfect. The building is well maintained. However I had a problem with the security deposit or Bond. The hotel said they refunded. But it was untrue. Next time pls allow cash security payment like most established operators do in this world. Somehow they kept spinning their stories. I lost my bond $.

The place was good and clean... So comfort also..

The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . .

The apartment has an excellent view, small bedrooms with tiny bathrooms. Service was not pleasant, Grace was not very responsive, and stopped replying messages after we checked out. The front desk can not provide luggage storage because this is an Airbnb type of rental, and you need to walk 2 blocks to the office where Grace can store the luggage. If you are not looking for any help or service, this is not a bad deal. Otherwise, get a hotel room.

酒店位置很方便，樓下就有電車站，步行10分鐘左右就可以到southern cross station, 不過早上有火車走過，雖然20 多樓高，關了窗也清早已被火車吵醒。整體衛生，設施齊備。 唯一美中不足是沒有給我早點說清楚入住手續，雖然早一天已要求我先付$300 澳幣按金，但是因需要按email所提供的連結輸入信用卡資料付按金，有點不安全，雖然按金之後已退還，但也蝕了匯率差價，一般公司只會hold住信用額而不過數。對家其實不是酒店官方，可能只是個單位業主或長期租客，再分租給遊客。過來前已電聯，打算到了才付按金，到了才發現對家不在酒店，問了很久，用連結付按金，對方才短訊說明怎樣電子自助check-in. 在墨爾本住了好幾間酒點，沒有一家要求付按金，真的需要也應該過來收現金到離開時即時退還。

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with balcony, kitchen (with oven, microwave, large refrigerator) and washer and dryer; it has a lot of space. We stayed for a total of 6 nights. There was no room cleaning. We had to take out the trash ourselves. Room cleaning service will only be provided if we stay for more than 7 nights. The overall feeling is very good. This area is very quiet, but it is also in the cable car free zone in the city, so you don’t have to worry about transportation when going to the city for dining.

The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home.
