Winnipeg Hotels with Gym

It was such a seamless experience for a short-term feeling home like stay. Val is such a gentle lady and really care for you as a special family member. You can find a home-made small piece of chocolate on your bed, enjoy the warmth of a cozy outdoor hot tub. See the photo. Feel like home is what they are trying hard every day to make you that footprint in every details that you will see in this rental property. I named it a value-for-every-penny experience that was hardly to hard from anywhere in the world, but a place to feel like home managed by 2 generous & warm-hearted women. I don’t want to write too much because probably I could not book them next time. LOL

Hotel was cute. We had a great view of downtown and the big Winnipeg sign that was lit up when it was dark looked so cool! My partner and I loved the hotel room, except the wifi was a bit laggy, and there was no microwave in the room which was a bummer when we wanted to reheat our food. Added bonus that there was a soaker tub in the bathroom! Netflix and apps were easy to use once they were connected. Would definitely go back again!

Stayed in Winnipeg most satisfied for one night. The room was very clean, the bathroom was bright and atmospheric ～ walking distance from the airport ～ was very good.

The reason I gave lower score on service was that I booked this room specifically because it was “1 King POOLSIDE ROOM - DIRECT POOL ACCESS” And I got there late, like minutes before 11PM but booked room around 7PM. The man at front desk was kind and quick and gave me my cards for suite saying 3rd floor. When I got into suite I gave my son a bath and then went to look out window and saw the parking lot. I was like ***. So I called front desk and lady answered and I was like *** and explained it and she apologized and said that the suite I was supposed to get had plumbing issues so they ‘upgraded’ my suite instead. Saying it’s the executive suite which is much bigger (online cost $5-$10 more than one with poolside/pool access). I asked if it was really an upgrade if it didn’t have access to pool? Again she apologized, and I said well I think I should have been called or emailed stating that after booking and given the option to have a refund or choice of ‘upgrade’, or at the least those offers when I came to front desk! Not go to suite without telling me and me getting settled bathing my son before noticing ***. Was not impressed by that at all as I would’ve asked for refund instead since I booked it for that specific purpose, direct pool access. Aside from that upset the suite was incredibly nice, could’ve used a box of Kleenex for each room, but everything was clean and they let me do a 12pm check out (not free obviously). Breakfast was included and it was buffet/continental that was so much better than expected and really great with many many options. All the staff were nice and friendly. Aside from not being told about my suite being unavailable and not given option for upgrade or refund both at time of booking AND at front desk when checking in, I would’ve given 5star rating. The location would be ideal if I was travelling to Winnipeg given how close it is to airport, but I live here so it not being closer to home is not ideal, which any hotel around the airport would’ve rated that the same. Photos of room I should’ve got though layout was the same, but the view was not.

Nice room, great location, very comfy bed! The room we were initially given had a strong smell...it was a pet friendly room, so possibly dog pee. We told the front desk of the issue, and we were immediately given a new room which was great. Very convenient for my husband to walk over to the airport for his early morning flight. We also had dinner at the hotel next door, which is connected by a tunnel...great dinner and we didnt even have to walk out in the rain 😊

Location is okay. The hotel is connected to another hotel so you need to walk from one hotel to another one if you need to park. The corridor has cigarette smell. The room is spacious like a standard hotel . Washroom is okay but there were stain in the bath tub which I make me hesitant to use it. Overall it is okay for a short connecting flight stay. Have not

The room was clean, there was breakfast, there was a Chinese staff, but there was nothing near the hotel, except for breakfast, there was a Subway outside and a restaurant in another hotel, overall it was great! The decoration is quite new.

Worst service I’ve ever received in a hotel. Dropped a suit for dry cleaning on a Tuesday afternoon and front desk never once respected their promise to follow up and confirm it would be ready for my departure. Worse, after the second day, no one seemed aware of what had happened to my dry cleaning. Ended up changing my plans and moving meetings to hope for my garments to make it in time on my day of departure. Luckily it made it, but I ended up paying for a late return of my rental car. I received no apology from anyone at the hotel.

Booked using trip.com app. Third stay at this location. Great location. Good parking. Efficient check-in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower had great power and wall mounted shampoos and washes were a nice touch. Buffet breakfast including various fruit, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, bacon, turkey sausage (and more) was tasty. Service at breakfast by several young ladies was friendly and attentive. We loved speaking to Ruby who is a wonderful ambassador of hospitality for the Inn. Check out was fast and easy. Understand they are providing free stay for homeless people at the moment, but this should be clearly communicated in the description. We had a shock at the lobby when there are full of homeless people at the counter, one with many scars on his face was making troubles and cops with gun walked in. Imagine how we felt?!? There were security guards each floor at lift area but we still had a weird feeling. Luckily It was only a short stay for early morning flight. Free shuttle to airport is plus and only 5 mins to airport.
