Location is good. It's central to Winnipeg downtown and within walking distance to many attractions. Room was fine but our requests were not fulfilled. We asked for a quiet room away from the lift but our room was right by the lift and the room next door had a dog. Housekeeping was every other day, and some amenities were low on day 1 such as tissue paper and towels. We had to go to the front desk to request extra supplies. Breakfast was good. The hot water dispenser had a coffee aftertaste which did not mix well with my tea. Additional fruit options would have been nice, only apples and limited bananas. Overall, the stay was fine.
Good service, clean rooms, as expected. The 24 hour coffee machine is nice. Hot tub and pool area were clean and a nice space to hang out after a long day of driving. Cost was good for the night; ended up being stuck in town for another day due to a blizzard and the price jumped significantly online for our second night - spoke to the front desk and they were kind enough to offer us a 25% discount. Not a fancy place, but we always like to stay here when traveling through with our dogs.
Among all the hotel pools I’ve used, this one had the warmest hot tub and was very well maintained. The room was clean, spacious, and honestly felt almost too nice to be staying in alone. The only downside was that the breakfast was a bit disappointing.
The attitude of the guests was bad, and I could hear quite a lot of noise and talking all night and running around the corridor. I couldn't sleep.
I think it was easy to hear the noise because the door gap was empty.
The response of the front desk was also bad.
I saw other people's reviews that the guests were noisy, so I would like to ask the front desk to take a little attention, etc.
