Las Condes Hotels with Gym

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

Overall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.

Staying here for the second time. The location is great. There is a large shopping mall next to it. Eating and transportation are very convenient. The breakfast service in the hotel is also good. It is the first choice for business trips!

The trip to Chile is a perfect ending. If you have the opportunity to come to Santiago, Chile, I highly recommend staying at this hotel: Hotel Las Condes Regal Pacific Santiago. There is a subway station downstairs. It only costs 10,000 pesos to take TransVip's ride-sharing service from the airport to this hotel, which is very convenient. There is a place to change money across the street, as well as KFC, a pizza shop, a 24-hour restaurant, and the hotel's own restaurant La Fattoria is also of high quality. The most important thing is that this area is very safe. When you open the window, you can see the snow-capped mountains not far away🏔️ Service: The check-in time in the hotel reservation instructions is 15:00, but I arrived at the hotel at 10 am. The waiter at the hotel front desk was very nice and helped me check in early. The breakfast buffet on the first floor of the hotel is very rich.

The location is in the CBD area, surrounded by restaurants with a variety of dishes, transportation and safety are also very guaranteed, the hotel's sanitary environment and service are also very commendable👍

It is a suite, large in size, breakfast is also very good, the hotel is cost-effective

The hotel service is excellent, the facilities are a little old, but the overall style and feeling are good. In addition, there are some drinks and snacks available, which is very warm.

The location is good! It's relatively safe! It's not far from the mall and there's a supermarket nearby! The only problem is that the breakfast is really bad.

It's a hotel just to spend the night. Do not expect any attention from the staff, like being on your honeymoon and a bottle of champagne as a courtesy, or a nice views from Tower C.

Unfortunately, the heating only had the ability to cool the room, it was 38 degrees when we arrived and it took approximately 5 hours to drop to 28 degrees.
