Las Condes Hotels with Gym

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

very good! ! This is the most comfortable and best hotel I felt on this trip. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is very clean, the lighting is very good, and the breakfast is also very good. This area should be quite safe for urban areas in Chile. The environment in the entire area is also very clean and orderly. It is close to supermarkets and shopping malls nearby. Many people live here basically every day.

Except that several front desks are not professional enough, everything else is good There is a front desk that is particularly good Breakfast is very good Location is not bad The room is not bad I hope everyone is lucky enough to meet the good front desk staff

It's OK, half of the mountain view, the view is a little worse, the hotel is relatively small, the service is very good

The location is in the CBD area, surrounded by restaurants with a variety of dishes, transportation and safety are also very guaranteed, the hotel's sanitary environment and service are also very commendable👍

It is a suite, large in size, breakfast is also very good, the hotel is cost-effective

The hotel is quite comfortable and the service is very good. It is a 10-minute walk to the highest building. It is very convenient to eat and shop. There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel.

The scenery is particularly good and the location is also very good. There is a supermarket and park downstairs, and the shopping district is a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is also super good. Great~

It's a hotel just to spend the night. Do not expect any attention from the staff, like being on your honeymoon and a bottle of champagne as a courtesy, or a nice views from Tower C.

This is a good hotel. It is very convenient to eat and supermarket nearby. The room is also very clean. The only drawback is that if the room is close to the road, there will be some noise from the road in the morning. But overall it is OK. The breakfast is OK.
