Let me talk about a few suggestions: ① The floor drain in the room I live in has been in disrepair for a long time, and I dare not close the window. ② facing the street, noisy until two or three in the morning at night, and there are hawkers shouting at five or six in the morning. To sum up, the staff is very good, other aspects are the least ideal I live in!

The room was super spacious, and the 2-meter bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was really, really extensive! It's very close to all the museums, and there's a snack supermarket right downstairs, which is super convenient. You can do your laundry yourself, and the front desk can even help with printing. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The location is excellent. Although it's not in the city center, it's a 20-minute drive to the Red Flag Canal Memorial Museum, 45 minutes to Youth Cave, and 15 minutes to the highway exit. Some rooms even offer views of the Taihang Mountain sunset. It's definitely a top choice for self-driving travelers. The surrounding area is still under development, so dining and supermarket facilities aren't fully established yet, but food delivery is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast isn't extravagant but certainly satisfying, with options like spicy soup (Húlàtāng), noodles, and rice vermicelli. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are all very warm and welcoming. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the facilities are comprehensive. I used the gym's treadmill and the self-service laundry and dryer, which were great! The free, unlimited coffee in the hotel lobby is absolutely the icing on the cake. I highly recommend everyone to experience it!

I didn't give a high rating this time because my stay was extremely unpleasant! The room was on the third floor, as were the laundry room and gym. Initially, they gave us a room just a few steps from the elevator, which I thought was good, saving us a long walk. However, I was completely wrong. The washing machine was running continuously from noon until we arrived, and it was incredibly loud. Since it was afternoon, I didn't pay much attention, but even at midnight, someone was still doing laundry, making it impossible to sleep. When I went to the laundry room to inquire, the woman there told me I could ask the front desk to change my room, with a very rude attitude. Why were they still doing laundry at midnight? Many hotels I've stayed in stop allowing laundry at 10 pm, and in many hotels, the laundry room is on the first floor, so you can do laundry anytime you want! No one bothers you. Later, I called the front desk, and the young lady was somewhat more polite and changed my room, explaining that a new employee checked me in that morning and didn't mention this issue! I disagree with this. Two people checked me in that morning, a new employee and a senior employee. The senior employee even asked if I needed my child's ID card. Don't new employees know this is part of their training? Are they just going to give you any room you can find after just one night? Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

Because I was participating in the Huaxian Marathon, I booked this hotel to be close to the starting point! The hotel staff were friendly, the air conditioning and heating in the room were moderate, and I slept well, so I won the PB in the race! Haha! Snacks and soft drinks are provided for free in the room, which is really good! A few comments: It would be best if there were more hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom!

Location is great, just outside the hotel is a busy food ***** with plenty of options and local delicacies. The hotel has convenient parking and is very worry-free by car. The hotel is only on the 25th and 26th floors and the overall environment is quiet. The only downside is that the room I live in is close to the restaurant, the restaurant door is only 2 meters away from the door, and the cooking and dining time are affected. Regarding the service, I asked for a bottle of water at the front desk at night, and it actually expired for me. It seems that it was sent from the gas station next door!
