The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are all very warm and welcoming. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the facilities are comprehensive. I used the gym's treadmill and the self-service laundry and dryer, which were great! The free, unlimited coffee in the hotel lobby is absolutely the icing on the cake. I highly recommend everyone to experience it!

There's underground parking, which is convenient for those driving. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am, which is great for people who want to avoid the crowds and go to attractions early. However, there are many tour groups, so breakfast can be a bit crowded, and you might have to share a table.

The food in the restaurant was also good, though some dishes were a bit salty. In winter, not many places are open in town, so this restaurant became our go-to, and it was genuinely good!
